[Resolved] Mast Kalandar - Home Delivery — Bad Service | |||
Hi, I am a regular customer of Mast Kalandar at Sarjapur Road branch. But the home delivery experience at BTM layout has been awful. On 29th Nov. i had ordered HP2 but was given HP1. No refund or a dinner (as promised by the manager) was sent. And today i.e 11th Dec. i placed the order for power combo at 1:20, didnt get any responce till 2:20 so wen i called, the manager is saying it will take another 20 mins. Mast Kalandar - Home Delivery — Scam, they deliver less than ordered
This is the second time it occured with me from Mast Kalandar, CV Raman Nagar branch. On each occasion they have delivered items lesser than has been ordered for and they do not repent when you point this out to the. Instead they accuse you.
