Dear Sir,

I have received pigeon cooktop in GRT redhills (Chennai) before 6 month for ... It's working fine till yesterday... But today got problem in induction ( Issue ; Working but not heating) .

Pigeon is good brand... But till soon got issue in induction... Pls do the free service and do the needful... In warranty card mentioned one Toll Free number[protected] .. but the number is not valid...

I have warranty card with me ( Number ; SK2107CU009147 )

    This is regarding order no lt[protected] on mkdabbawala.com.

    On 25th march, i placed order on mkdabbawala.com (Order no lt[protected])
    And made payment using paytm. The order wasn't delivered nor did they answer to any of my calls on the customer care number provided.

    On 26th march, i mailed them so as to process the refund. Mr gaurav jain replied saying that he has refunded the amount.

    On 27th, i mailed again that the amount is not reflecting on paytm. After a series of mails for 5 days, mr manish gupta replied on 3rdapr stating that he has made the refund and sent me a screenshot.

    Since the money had not reflected in my account even after 9 days, i contacted paytm and they told me that the refund was not successful and needs to be done correctly.

    These people have scammed me twice. They sent me a false screenshot and didnt make the refund. I want to book these guys as fraudsters and get my money back from these scammers.

      Oh... So i am writing this after getting completely agitated by your service. Here is what I have to say about the outlet located opposite to HDFC Bank, Old Tank Road, Ulsoor.

      1. You take all your time to take an order.
      2. Then you make us wait for years before you realize that we have also placed an order.
      3. In the meanwhile you continue to serve orders from Swiggy without even coming back to us.
      4. Finally when the order arrives, you serve us incomplete order.
      5. And when we ask for the remaining order, you again make us wait like anything.
      6. Then we have to leave the place with half-filled stomach. (Sometimes empty stomach as well when you don't serve the food on time and we have limited time)
      7. And on top of it you are so shameless that you don't even bother about apologizing. Instead you tell us that you have orders from Swiggy and you can't help it. If we want to complain, you can give us the number and we can complain.

      Point to note: This is not just a one time truth but it keeps happening every now and then with someone or the other and I am writing this because i have been visiting this outlet for over an year now and i see the same attitude every time i walk in.

      What to say about customer service!

      You people do not have any value for time and money of others.

      I called on two numbers available on the internet and could not get hold of customer service agent on either of them. One of them ([protected]) is invalid and on the other one ([protected]) no one bothers to pick the phone.

      After reading above complaints and complaints elsewhere I could only conclude that you are just money makers and does not bother about your customers at all. You have got pathetic service across all your restaurants.

      It would be better if you have separate kitchen and staff for Swiggy orders otherwise you will continue to lose your customers every single day.

        I placed order online no lt[protected] on mkdabbawala.com & made payment using paytm over 9 days ago (25mar). The status still shows pending.

        Tried to reach on mentioned contact number [protected] says it's an invalid number.

        I tried on other number mentioned on website also [protected] but no one picks it.

        After a series of mails and calls, no action is taken. Mr gaurav mailed me and assured for refund but i haven't received any.

        Be courteous enough to refund the money back when you are failing to deliver the service and stop scamming people.

          Visited mast kalandar - bellandur branch and had ordered a paneer methi chaman maha combo which included a sweet and chapati and sabzi and also a chaas.
          First of all the kulcha was very hard as it was cold and then in gulab jamun there was a worm which was still alive and roming.
          When asked that how did it come, they r like it's still alive don't worry and they just took it and then later on got a new one
          The restaurant s a closed one and so it can fall from above
          This is the second time i've been having this problem and the court needs to do something really strict

            Hi,
            I had placed an order (Prepaid) at 11.30 am from your website today and your brookfield branch was assigned to process the order with delivery time being confirmed to be 12.30 pm.
            At 12.30 i called the contact no. ([protected]) of brookfield branch and he replied saying they do not deliver to marathalli and i must have ordered through swiggy. I checked his claim and confirmed it was through the website then he said he will look into this and soon i got a confirmation saying delivery will be done by 1.45 pm.
            I had a time constrain so i called the no. ([protected]) to cancel and this guy did not pick up my call even though i called him 24 times. Post which i again called the customer care no. Who gave me a new no. Of a guy named cyril ([protected]), on talking to cyril i got a confirmation that the order will be cancelled and refund will be done by monday.
            Then to my surprise at 1.45 delivery boy comes with the order i had placed even though i had got a confirmation of cancellation from cyril.
            What i find puzzling is you guys have deployed people who do not care about customer experience. I had been using mkdabba website as the food was pretty good but with today's incident i am sorry to say you guys have no respect for your customer. What if i go and blow this out of proportion on fb or twitter then only will you guys listen?
            Its extremely disappointing and i want to know will i get my money back or not?

              I ordered food on 15th october and did the payment as well. But i didn't receive the food nor money. Im been following up from past 13 days and everytime they tell me the same thing"by tomorrow 11am your money will be credited". It's been 13 days till now i didn't get my money back. Now they stopped picking my phone as well. For their mistakes, i have to do all the follow up and still no results.

                I placed an order on 21st september through mkdabbawala app and did the payment but i got a call from the restaurant that they can't deliver because delivery boy is not there and they cancelled my order. Since then, it's about a month, i am asking for my money but these disgusting people are not refunding and saying they will return tomorrow which didn't come till now. I called them about 20-30 times but all useless. They don't respond through mail as well.

                  Today i visited to e-city phase i branch and made a order, it came after 30 mins and food items very cold and bad to have it.
                  I asked to replace the chass, he took my glass but did to came back even after asking again and again.
                  I talked to store manger (Manu) and he used abusing words. He told that he dont care about you as i have to serve to other group.
                  I came out without having complete food..

                  Really a very very very bad experience.

                    Bill # - rtcsmk[protected]. Do not order food from mkdabba them, you will fall ill. Chef special thali - stale daal makhani given of 3 days old, panner was hard in kadhai paneer, white rice mixed in pulav, that too stale, they didn't give jamun as per the menu, instead gave stale wheat halwa in lumps. Instead of masala kulcha as per menu they gave again stale parathas. Blo* *. On calling the manager, that a* * gives an excuse stating the person packaging is new, liar!!!
                    I had similar experience few times initially but thought it must be 1 off case or probably just 1 center, i ignored but now its very consistent be it sarjapura (This experience) or the other one being the whitefeild one. Mkdabba should be closed and banned from govt. Wasted my meal and time and money and moreover all - my health. Will never order again from these filthy thugs

                      I ordered from mast kalandar kasturi nagar branch order no. 11949 at 9:20, it is 10:50 & i've neither received a call from the delivery boy nor confirmation from the person who took order. When contacted the restaurant the answer i get is the delivery boy is on his way. They have sent the delivery boy out for delivery even without noting down my address. This is highly irresponsible response. Very disappointed.

                        Writing this with extreme disdain as i have always held mast kalandars amazing food experience and customer service at highest par.However today i had a taste of poor service. I had placed an order around 4pm.At around 5.10 pm i get a call saying delivery boy cannot come till here as he doesn't know the address. 2nd i get a call its too far no one is ready to come. How insensitive it is to make a customer wait for more than 1 hour and give a reply that is this lame.Also i never got a cancellation message. How will i get my refund? My order number is 23549. Kindly make sure such incidents dont repeat in future

                          I had ordered lunch at 1:30 on Jan 9, 2017 (no 18517) and specified to bring change for 500. I received two calls around 2 and 2:08 confirming my location. At about 2:20 I receive a call stating that I must ensure that the bill amount is correctly paid as they dont have change.

                          I explained that its difficult as I am in office and it might not be possible to get the same. They conveniently decided to cancel the order as a threat. I had no choice but to agree and cancel the order.

                            I had placed an order from mast Kalandar marathalli bangalore through swiggy, order no [protected], I had ordered three items, one was hp2, the other was tadka dal with jeera rice and the last being kadhi chawal. Hp2 comes with two subjis but it was like two gravies with no subji, there were no onion rings or papad that comes with hp2, the meal was very distasteful, tadka dal was to be given with jeera rice but they gave plain rice, as for kadhi chawal, it should have come with aloo Ka subji but another gravy was given, I am very disappointed with such a bad delivery and distasteful food, would be better if I get a refund for such a disgusting experience

                              We went to have food in mast kalander in hsr layout and found cockroach in food which we realized little late as we had half of the food, we complained on the issue with manager and they were least bothered and just told me to refund of the money, i took my pregnant wife to have food, after seeing the cockroach we were really disturbed. I don't suggest anyone to have food in mk as the quality of food is very pathetic and least hygienic in preparing the food.

                              I request to take immediate action on those maroons.

                                I paid online Rs.245 via paytm. at mkdabbawala.in for food on 30th July and have never received the food at all. Order number: LTOD964176
                                At first they said there will be delay due to rain and traffic. Later
                                Upon calling the customer care, I got no response at all. Receiving food late is one thing. Never receiving food is worse. Makes one skeptical of paying in advance for food delivery.

                                  I received order ([#11952] at bg road hub blr) on 25-may-2016. I should say it was pathetic. Corn pulao was stale and spoiled. If i would have eaten it, definitely would have been in hospital.

                                  Very poor quality of mk now. Highly disappointed with the food.

                                  In addition to above, i ordered for paneer combo but what was delivered as big quantity of dal and piece of paneer is very small in chutney size small container. Not at all in line with the display pic shown in the menu. I am very unhappy seeing the quality and service of mk that as dropped drastically in recent days.

                                  I ordered an HP-2 from MK Dabbawala on 13 Sep, 2016 with order no. LTOD1072538. I payed Rs.165 through my paytm wallet. Neither did I received the order nor the amount was refunded to my wallet. I have called customer care several times but they have failed to address the issue. Kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest.

                                    I have placed an order of rs 200 with online payment ..on 9th april... but amount is deducted.. n order was not placed.
                                    on contacting paytm.. people they told that amount is transferred to your account..
                                    please help me to sort out this.
                                    and again i placed order today of rs 130 with online banking and same has happened with me.. that is .. order is not place and amount is deducted

                                      Dear Team,

                                      Today I ordered from Mast Kalander. My order ID was 12125. I found screw in rice which was given in plate. Fortunately I saw it came into my spoon. This could have been highly dangerous. This shows highly carelessness from the Mast Kalander's side. What would you suggest? what would you do?

                                      Food quality has also degrade from past 6 months. I need justification. I have not thrown my plate, you can send your person and verify. This could have been dangerous.
