[Resolved]  Mata Sheetla Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon — Distribution of new gas connection

Hi ,
I am working in Softaware company as software engineer in Gurgaon.
I had applied for new gas connection to Mata Sheetala Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon.
When I went to take connection they forcrfully charged 1788/ for stove which is of worst quality.
When I denied to take the stove ,as I had already , they told that without this we will not give new connection.
So simply they are just cheating customers by giving them worst quality stove at such a high price.
Please look into matter.

I would like to inform that I am working in a mnc, recently i have shifted my home from Sector-4 to Ashok Vihar, I want to transfer my connection, regarding the same I have searched the telephone number of sheetla gas agency as the new location comes under Sheetla Gas, I tried to call above 50 times but till now there is no response.

Very poor service.

I will just say one thing in this regard that instead of cripping with the situation kindly make a report to INDANE head office and let them know about the case also get all the people who have suffered with the same. You will see the difference in coming days...iam sending you the contact details of the head office.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Through this communication, I would like to inform you that I am an existing customer of Indian Oil LPG with one of your dealer Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon (Consumer No - 214060).

Please note that I am facing many more problems with Mata Sheetla Gas Agency, Gurgaon, for last 4 months regarding the refill booking, their all the phones never picked and not replied, for the same I have already informed to the field officer Mr. Santosh, but also he is unable to resolve the matter.

I am following below steps to booking and delivery of one refill.
1. Try to call many more times for refill booking but there is no buddy available to pick the phone.
2. If the refill booked, as per guideline, I need to wait one week, after one week same thing, again follow up for the delivery and as a result no buddy available to pick the phone.
3. After continuation of follow up with them as well as Field Officer (Mr. Santosh), I am getting the refill after 20-25 days.

I would like to request you that please take the action against the services as they are unable to provide the services, for the same I have already requested to Mr. Santosh (Field Officer) many more times, even in the writing, but also he is unable to sort out the problem.

You are requested to resolve the matter ASAP as I am facing these kinds of problems since July-2009.
If you are also unable to sort out the issue, please let me know.

I would like to inform to all who are pained from the Sheetala Gas Agency, an Indane LPG gas distributor at Gurgaon.
Not only me, but most of consumers that are living in this area are unsatisfied from his service. No one gets his gas refilled without reminding him 4-6 times. It takes months time to deliver the gas refil.
I would like some one to take the appropriate and strict action against him, so that this type of corruption can be removed.

Looking forward for some quick and strict action.

My name is Rajeev Agarwala. This is to draw your kind attention, i am writting this mail.

I have a Compaq Presario Laptop with me. I have purchased an adaptor from R T Outsourcing Services Limited, Gurgaon { Authorised Service Center for HP } on 1st of June, 2009. Now the adaptor is not functioning well.When i went to the serice center they completely denied for the replacement though it is within the warranty period. I also wrote several times regarding this to HP- customer care. If you need i can share all the communication between me, the hp customer care & the service center.

I have the valid money receipt of this also.

Need your intervention to solve this issue

Yes we are also facing similar problems with Mata Sheetla agency Indane at gurgaon . How Company can giv the agency to such irrespnsible people - they are destroying and hampering the company's image . They are clearly indulge in Black marketing . Kindly cancel their licence in sake of general public
I moved to Gurgain recently. I brought a termination voucher from distributor in delhi in the name of Ma Sheetla Gas Agency Gurgaon. I am visiting their office since last 7 days practically twice a day. They refuse to entertain in the name of server down. Their attitude is also totally indifferent. I do not know what should I do next. Can any one help.

I have booked a cylinder (consu, er no. MS15491) on 5/7/2011 for home delivery, at bookng time Sheetla gas representativ told me that the supply will be within one week but after passing 16 days I didn't get any cylinder. I have called by telephone around 6-7 times and the daily say that "today u will get your cylinder" but till date I have not get it, and this type of harasement is done by sheetla gas every time.

This is Isha. I have applied for Indane Gas Connection in October 2010 along with chullah bill. Now Mata Sheetla Gas Agency has lost the bill and because of the same, they are insisting me to take the connection along with chullah. With chullah, the new connection would be of Rs 4100 and without chullah it would be of Rs. 2100.

I request you to look into the problem and revert with the solution ASAP.

Dear Sir,
Mata [censored]la Gas Agency having worst service in there locality. Staff are not communicating to customer properly. Extra money taking on the name of extra charges and without slip. Making trouble in booking, transfer letter acceptance and many more giving requirement list of document unnecessary.

Please do something to improve the service or request to change the agency.
