Mata Sheetla gas service — not responding the call

Respected Sir,
It's going to be the fifth day i am trying their no. to book my gas. But they are not picking up the phones and keep them switch off. I have two small kids so it is not possible for me to go to the agency personally to book the cylinder. Please suggest me what can i do in this situation.

I think these complaints are going to deaf ears.

NO ONE READS THEM AT MATA SHEETALA GAS SERVICE as they are least bothered of your problems.

Dear Sir,

I am working in Philips as a Sr. Customer service excutive.
I had applied for new gas connection in May, 2012 to sheetla gas service.But still I am awaited for gas connection.When I enquery about new connection from the agency office, he told that you will be get in 2 or threedays.This type words, I listen from Nine month.
Initially sheetla gas service is telling no new gas connection is available in May 2012.
I am facing lots of problem with my family without gas connection.Kindly do the needful.

I need a new connection.

I have already applied in online registration, my refference no. is N[protected], please give me a new connection, u know i am a physically handicapped person, so please take some immediate action, thank u.

I booked cylinder for refill on 20th Feb and it is still not delivered. When i checked on Online portal it showing delivered seems they black marketed my subsidised cylinder.

Why contact numbers are given when they are not ready to pick the phone. Pathetic service by Mata Sheetla Gas service.


VIKAS

I have booked LPG Gas Cyl by IVRS SM on 1st Dec 2015, After that I started getting so many SMS with Cash Memo Numbers and every time there is different Cash Memo Number. Finally today I got SMS saying that my order with Cash Memo Number [protected] is delivered, But I have not received this order. My order delivery is still pending.

I tried calling Mata Sheetla Distributor Contact Number: 0124+2332556, 91+[protected] and also sent mail, but they are not interested to pick call and also not responding to my mail.
