made payment twice by mistake, not getting refund

On recieving cylinders I made payment through UPI id and it was showing pending, so I made payment again. Later at night I received a msg of my pending payment went through and I contacted the delivery person to refund my extra amount, but he denied receiving double payment.I showed all proofs regarding the same namely sms, Paytm balance sheet, my bank account statement.I want to lodge complaint against Brijesh Singh brother of Moolchand. I want my amount of two cylinders ie rs1623 to be refunded.

Hi ,
I am working in Softaware company as software engineer in Gurgaon.
I had applied for new gas connection to Mata Sheetala Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon.
When I went to take connection they forcrfully charged 1788/ for stove which is of worst quality.
When I denied to take the stove ,as I had already , they told that without this we will not give new connection.
So simply they are just cheating customers...
