[Resolved] Mata Sheetla Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon — Gas Finished in 15-20 days in the family member of 3 | |
Hi, I am having 3 family members and my GAS is finishing in 15 to 20 days from last 3 months. While complaining this to Mata Sheetala Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon, they told me that they are not the right person to complain this type of things and also they told me that they are here to book connection and to provide the GAS to the customers. The persom who brings GAS to the house provides me sealed broken GAS Cylinder. I tols him that the seal of the GAS was broken and i do not take this then he (the tempo) told me that either i have to take the GAS otherwise he will not giving the other GAS. Don't know how to tackel these type of mis behaves and i told the same to Mata Sheetala Indane Gas Agency Gurgaon and they replied the words which i have mentioned above. I am new to this city so don't know how to tackel this type of things. SUGGEST.............. Was this information helpful? | |

you are absolutely right. I too have faced the same problem n am still facing inspite of my repeated phone calls stating the above matter. Worse I receive the cylinder 15 days after booking, that too 21 days taken by them to book after delivery of the cylinder. This is outrageous... I m totally fed up with them n really don't know how to handle... comment

As All customers of Mata sheetla may be have the same experiance as above said. always their employees act s like Quotation peoples(GUNDAAS)so many times I am experianced the same situations.
always they denies to give slips so that we can take gas directly from their godown because there they cant get much chance of tampering.
now a new rule has been declared by Mata Sheetla as there will not be booking slip issue for sector residents.
fedup with this Agency and suffering because of no other option
