Yes I do accept it, I don’t want to disclose the concern person name, but the above statement is very much true. If higher authority conduct meeting with the team members they can know the employee problems and they should keep the suggestion box at office so that employees can feel free to write. Evn my team leader threatened me wen I take a leave for a day with informing her also next day she threaten s me like” i[censored] take leave next time I ll some how make u terminated from the office”, I don’t know wether it is school or college to do so.

whatever said above is 200% correct... I worked there for 2 years and when i gave resignation, the way they treated was terrible and exit formalities was too bad. They treat employees as daily labours... so please do not join the company. No Employee Welfare, No Employees suggestion taken by the management and the way the treat us is too bad... The people who knows bribery (putting soap) can able to continue and have huge growth in the company... and the people who are the hard workers are not recognized by the company. Even if we laugh the issues will be created big... The MD will hear the words of General manager alone... And GM thinks her self as godfather to the company... and directs the company...

Hii every one this problem has been resolved MD so Stop Writing in this blog. i have sent a mail to admin of consumer complaint to delete this issue. We hope everything will go smoother here after. SO STOP POSTING.

Hi i too agree the statement. MD is not taking actions. he is the blood sucker like bug. If employees come late they won't deduct the leave they will deduct from the salary. because Matrix is financially weak, they will take the employees salary to run their company even to run their family. but they won't reduce from Assistant managers salary of from Team Leaders salary. if they speak to the reporting authority also they won't support to the staff. staff's who work till 9pm, even if they work for more than 12hours also they will reduce their salary, they won't provide over time amount for them. they will deduct their salary like a bug to suck their blood. now economic condition also is very bad in our state, EB rates are increased, cylinder rates are increased. if they deduct the salaries of the employee how they will run their family. whether the reporting authorities will help to the staff. they won't help, they need the staff's to come and beg like a beggar then also they won't arrange for refund. if they do like this then which employee will stay there. Clients will come more to Matrix but their won't be staff's to handle the cases. only MD, GM, AGM, AM, TL's will be handling the cases. if MD take step not to deduct the salary for the employee. if the employee come late & leave the office early you can reduce salary. I think MD also know this Access time of Matrix is 10Mn faster than the Indian Standard Time. even MD has given this idea i think, because of this lot of team members has got deducted of Rs.1000 to Rs.3000. if any urgent MD is going to help the staff. or he is going stop reducing the staff's salary. Please take action not reduce a single paise from Employees salary. they depend on the salary only, they has to run their family with that salary only.

yes i agree, What ever complaint raised by the employees, MD won't give any suggestion or he won't take any action for these.

if MD takes action he will be a good MD. but he won't take any action. with his knowledge only everything is happening

hi.. this's absolutely true only.. i too worked in this company got a very worst pay scale.. they relieved me without saying any reason... highly irresponsible people. they will suck thier employees blood.. pls guys don join in that company...

I dono y this company doing the same... bledy shut company.. A good company means, a employee sholud wants to feel happy to work even over time. But in this company.. no way at all. As we already said all details about this company still doing the same.. that bledy shut Asst manager in employment team...she is the only ghost in that office...she giving lot of troubles to all team members one who not accepting her words. she is one only one person and she is the reason that this company not developing yet. Dono when the management going to get it.she is really a poison.no one can work freely in employment team. She knows how to put soap for each one.as usual telling the same IF THE ASST.MANAGER(prior team) GOES OUT THEN ONLY THE COMPANY WILL BE GOOD.

Whatever everyone says is absolutely true, Paying less salary and not treating employees in good way especially the team leaders and managers they only will have growth, remaining all have to work hard but at the end they wont get any big hike. the people like senior manager, team leader salary will get hike. Remaining should work in less salary. The way of behavior of team leader and manager is really worst. They are not treating people as human being, treating as slaves. Not giving respect to humans so all guys please don't join there, Your career and life will get spoil. You wont learn anything there But at the end you will feel for that.

This is fraud company they cheat clients and candidates, simply they will not do any Background Check simply they put reason and they send employee verification done, they are holding all the company seal and them self they will put remarks. don't give for background check. very worst company. if they visit company and that company people said we are busy call later are come tomorrow are come after words. these people will put their own reason and they will send the result.

Beware of the this company: Agents will ask you money to complete the background verification. If not given they will trap you that you tried to bribe the agent. I have the proofs for this.

This company is worst while in this pandemic they gave me work from home but no proper server bandwidth is available if i complain to senior manager she says what can i do and starts shouting at me i will never ever here after look at this company nothing matters even u make crores of profit the matrix company has not learned this when one dies money will never ever follow everything must be left behind !
Its simply timewasting company no proper SOP .
Never ever join this company only thing u will ever learn is vlookup thats it nothing else others are just copy paste .
