Hi i am a employee of this company, few of the employees in our company they will not visit company for background check. i have told them many times don't do like this, don't play with other people life, but they are doing their job. This is fraud company they cheat clients and candidates, simply they will not do any Background Check simply they put reason and they send employee verification done, they are holding all the company...

I too agree with this.There is 2 asst manager and 1manager for a single team. But their is no any improvement. They all making unnecessory things(work).As there is 2 Asst manager they have to plan to reduce the employees work but not.I never seen any such management like that. Even they dont no complete process but handling team.Moreover they planned to send out all expn employees and put their new one. i dont no wats going their.All freshers...

I worked with matrix since last 6 months, 1 june month bill the paid, but july august september and october month billing totally i haven't got a single payment.
I have each and every documents.
They cheat with me, when i call the kolkata branch they always informed that payment will be done by this week, but it's still 4 months not credited.
Before a few days ago i informed about the matter to the hr of the chennai branch, he corporated just a single week, but now i called him, mailed them, no response.
Totally 70, 000 billing of 4 months not cleared.

It's over i will raise a police complaint about this matter.
And one more request to all the people never deal with matrix, all they are cheater

I beg to day that i was working in kirti nagar at matrix bussiness centre i newly joined the company and it was my new experience to work with process but what i feel n experience is the negligence of sr. Towards their work n dishonesty as they offered 16000/-+1000rs petrol but not they n their company has given me that money or cannt give me repect that i belog to.

MD is not taking actions. he is the blood sucker like bug. If employees come late they won't deduct the leave they will deduct from the salary. because Matrix is financially weak, they will take the employees salary to run their company even to run their family. but they won't reduce from Assistant managers salary of from Team Leaders salary. if they speak to the reporting authority also they won't support to the staff. staff's who work till 9pm, even if they work for more than 12hours also they will reduce their salary, they won't provide over time amount for them. they will deduct their salary like a bug to suck their blood. now economic condition also is very bad in our state, EB rates are increased, cylinder rates are increased. if they deduct the salaries of the employee how they will run their family. whether the reporting authorities will help to the staff. they won't help, they need the staff's to come and beg like a beggar then also they won't arrange for refund. if they do like this then which employee will stay there. Clients will come more to Matrix but their won't be staff's to handle the cases. only MD, GM, AGM, AM, TL's will be handling the cases. if MD take step not to deduct the salary for the employee. if the employee come late & leave the office early you can reduce salary. I think MD also know this Access time of Matrix is 10Mn faster than the Indian Standard Time. even MD has given this idea i think, because of this lot of team members has got deducted of Rs.1000 to Rs.3000. if any urgent MD is going to help the staff. or he is going stop reducing the staff's salary. Please take action not reduce a single paise from Employees salary. they depend on the salary only, they has to run their family with that salary only.
