What he did?
He entered to my home and closed door without permission. At that time, only my mother is available at my home. Is manner that you teaching to your employee.

Matrix Business Services Customer Care's response Dear Jensh,

We enquired our Field Executive - Ankit Shah. He visited your place on 6th June 2017 at 2.40 PM. Your mother opened the Door. As your mother was not aware of Verification process, she called you up and checked with you, after few minutes you called her back and asked her to give confirmation. Our executive entered main room of your house and closed the door behind (Grill Door), so that the small kid (your daughter) does not move out of the house. Please find attached snap of your main door. Ankit Shah has been employed with us Since Oct-2012 and we didn’t have any complain against him till date.

None of our executives enter candidates home without prior permission of house owner.
