[Resolved]  Max Healthcare — Non redressal

Though I had a very good experience with Max hospital, but the last incident that took place on 15 Oct, 2013 left with me no other choice but to write this all for this hospital. My father went for chemotherapy and blood transfusion as a regular routine. After the treatment, my father was feeling feeble and was in a dazzle condition as it happens with chemotherapy. He went to billing department for discharge process. I don't know what the hell was wrong with that department that they kept him waited for almost 2.5 hours just because their server was working properly, Such a " Super Specialty Hospital" can't afford a good server. This was almost a I ever faced after spending so much. Even if I consider that it was due to server problem, there must be some regard for Cancer patients. What else can I expect from such hospital, I have lost all my confidence and faith for Max. I expect Max customer care department to revert back and give me relevant reason and not excuses if they have any. Gurneet Singh, [protected]
