Wrong Test Done and Error in Name

I booked a KFT test for my mother, Veena Sharma, on 11th Sept'22 and gave the blood sample at the Max lab Outlet outside Ashina Anmol, Sohna. When the report came I noticed that the name is mentioned as Beena and instead of KFT the report is of LFT.

Complaining about wrong billing / misguidance

Yesterday i.e on 30/08/2022, I went to the max with my wife to meet Mr Majit Singh Paul. The doctor suggested I get some blood and vitamin tests. First of all, they said you have to perform testing in Max only, as the doctor doesn't prefer outside lab reports. Then one of their staff took us with him to the ground floor, near the testing lab. Wrong report

Fake test report commitments

Almost all the blood test reports mentioned on that bill (except ultrasound) were part of the Max Blood tests package. However this was not told or explained by the person billing us on the billing counter that day. As a result of which, I have ended up getting billed for 12, 980 Rs while actual bill should have been 5250rs. That is to say Wellwise package Total = 3000rs Plus Ultrasound = 2250rs =5250rs.

Tried to reach to estimation team from last 15-20 days, however there is no response from anyone. Mr Nilesh never responds on call. Mr. Saurabh & Ajay makes fake promises for arranging call. Mr. Rajkumar mentions nothing can be done and you can raise complain wherever you want to. This is the situation at Max hospital, Gururgram. Even the customer care with whom I have spoken is not able to connect with anyone from Max Gurugram and neither support in any other way. With this situation before taking any services, I am not sure what will be the behaviour of the staff once I pay for any services. Pathetic staff & pathetic services.

    It is regarding the switching off the air conditioner after 8pm in the premises of Max Smart Super speciality hospital building for the attendants waiting in the lobby.
    This hospital charges lacs of rupees and makes the attendants suffer without the air conditioner . The whole building is air conditioned and switching off the ac makes it unbearable for one to sit. This is totally unacceptable. Kindly take some strict action regarding this and make people comfortable rather than suffer.

      This hospital is fully air conditioned and as soon as the time gets closer to 8pm, the staff switches off the ac in the premises which makes it difficult for the attendants to sit. It's unbearable during the night stay. Our patient is in the ward/room and we are suppose to sit and wait downstairs at the reception/waiting area but without ac. My question is if you are charging lacs of rupees then how can you make people suffer like this?

        My father is admitted in max hospital Patparganj . Doctor asked to perform dialysis, and I gave consent for the same but my father is adamant for not performing it . So I declare the same to doctor in afternoon. But there is doctor Hanish in ICU, doing night shift on 23/09/23 date . And he has told my dad about dialysis without knowing his state of mind . And he again made the same statement again and again then my father got hyper on him . As he can’t speak but still he shows anger for him . But that person Dr hanish keep on telling him in different ways. Then my dad said that he will kill me as he is asking to perform dialysis again and again him .
        With due respect to all Iam writing this as I can’t see my father suffer more pain as he is already in to .

        I am saddened by the situation you are in. But if a doctor who is specialised in his work is saying something, one should really consider it. Your father may be in dire need of a dialysis which might be the reason the doctor is nagging so much, its for the greater good. It should common sense at this point, that this is neither a review nor a complaint but a personal situation, you should discuss with your father first, why post it online for the public's eyes? A doctor is a human in the end they are only doing this to provide their patients utmost care and services, one can't blame them for trying to solve their patient's problems.

          Cancer patient is waiting on a report for last couple weeks due to which radiation is not starting. Even after multiple requests with Max lab and even spending hours on their office they just dont care and procrastinate it for next day.
          Please help with atleast confirming if the report will ever be given or Max wants patient to develop the cancer cells again and repeat the surgery and then take the sample again for the missing report.
          Not disclosing patient identity due to it being PHI.

            Dear Authorities
            I am Brahm Dutt Bhargava having prostrate Cancer .
            For treating the same, your expert doctor advised me to take the Injection Leuprolide 45, for which Dr Vijay and his team, send the related documents to my respective TPA on which my TPA approved Rs. 30000 initially, thereafter I got the treatment on stipulated date & time which was 27th June 2023.At the final discharge the TPA had refused to sanction a single penny, mentioning that on initial papers Injection was to be administered IM where as in final discharge papers it was written subcutaneously injection was given, hence the claim was rejected . Due to this negligence of your hospital I have lost Rs 1, 27, 404 (TPA has refused to reimburse)& faced mental agony & harassment.
            Since TPA is mentioning that this is gross negligence of treating doctors and hence TPA is responsible to reimburse.
            I am senior citizen & need your explanation why it happened & how can I be compensated. In case I do not hear from you I will be forced to take the legal help for which your hospital & concerned team of your doctors shall be responsible. I need this money to be reimbursed as I have no other source of income.

              This side Neeraj Ahuja. I called 2-3 times to confirm from customer care that Dr.Amod Manocha who entertain in Max super smart hospital in saket is in CGHS panel. They always said Yes but when I went from Shahdara to saket in max hospital. Hospital said they do not entertain in CGHS panel. I drove approx 2 hrs to reach there.

              Thts really disappointed. I have full recording of customer care executives.

              I paid 1200₹ for this. I need a compansation for this.

                This is a copy of the feedback I had submitted to Max Hospital, Dehradun. But as expected, there has been no response from the hospital. The Hospital seems to suggest that they have a complaints officer who will look into customers' feedback, and resolve their issues, and grievances, but that is only on paper I guess. The hospital is least bothered about their customers, attending to their feedback, and taking corrective steps.

                I am sharing this feedback for Max Dehradun- my father was admitted there for almost 2 weeks; the feedback is from my own personal experience during that time. I hope you will take the feedback seriously, will not take this as an offence, and will not brush it under the carpet. Your hospital has lost a client in me, and based on my experience at Max, Dehradun, I do not think I would ever recommend anyone get treated at your hospital.

                You are a critical care provider, yet, your hospital cuts corners when it comes to providing adequate, trained nursing staff - most of them are either still in college, or have just passed out; they are unaware of many things that a trained nurse would know of. Why would you charge a patient for nursing services when you can not provide proper, adequate, and trained staff - how can 2 nurses, and 1 GD take care of 30 patients on a floor? And on top of it, you do not have a doctor on call 24/7 at night on each floor? What happens in case of an emergency? Do we go running around looking for a doctor in the ICU ward? What are we paying your hospital for? Why would you charge 8000+taxes for a room, plus nursing charges, plus food, plus many, many other charges, when you cannot provide quality services 24/7? And why should we pay for nursing charges? Why should I not demand a refund of my money?

                The most over-rated service that your hospital provides is physiotherapy sessions. These sessions are a joke, and this is an understatement. It is a scam- the therapists would come for 5-8 minutes, do some random exercises, and leave. And guess what you charge for 1 session, 1300 rupees? Are you people for real? Please understand that every patient has different physiotherapy needs - you can not treat every patient equally. The physiotherapy doctors should've made my father get up, made him sit, walk, and mobilised him properly. They should've had tailor made sessions for him. But all they did were some random routine exercises which I can do better. Why would I pay 1300 for each session? Shouldn’t I demand that money back?

                The duty doctors in the ICU wards do not even have the courtesy to inform the attendants about the patient's condition. Most of the them would speak rudely, without making any eye contact, and they seem to have an impression that they are doing a favour to patients. Please train them to have some compassion, and manners while dealing with attendants. Your hospital is neither doing any favour, nor providing any charity- you are getting paid for your services like any other service industry.

                Your canteen services are a mess, the food is below average - this feedback is from an informed customer; I hope you would do something about it.

                The only department which is proactive in your hospital is the billing department. They would never miss to call you, and ask for money; I would give them 100/100 for doing their job - if only your other departments could model themselves after them!!

                It seems that everything else is secondary, and money is the only priority for your hospital.

                There are multiple issues, and I do not want to get in to now because I am not even sure if you’d take any corrective steps.

                I have had a traumatic experience at Max Dehradun, and would think a million times before coming again.

                  I and my son shubh bansal age 13 years visited max super speciality saket new delhi on 28th april 2023.as an appointment with dr.g.k.mani and dr.john matthew as a regular checkup of my son.
                  shubh had a open heart surgery last year dt.24.05.2022.
                  we had certain test on that day like 2d echo, chest xray and PTINR.
                  among these tests i was given wrong report of ptinr by your institution.
                  this was so stunning and shocking for me.
                  i was so mentaaly disturbed which is hard to explain in words
                  on 29th i again had a repeat test from your online collection house located in kanpur and tests made in max lucknow.
                  both reports are attached herewith.
                  i am in touch with your different lab. authorities since that very day i.e.29th
                  april 2023.but it is hard to understand that after listening to all matter no person is showing any keen interest in solving this problem that how this blunder happened
                  i request you to take immediate action in this matter within 24 hours
                  as already five days have passed.
                  if not done by you also then i"ll be forced to take some hard actions against your institution.

                    My father’s name is Nirbhai Singh and he was admitted to Max Super speciality hospital Bathinda on 29 july 2022 and he was diagnosed as a case of left Acetabulam Looseing and surgery LT Revision THR done for same on 3/08/2022. His bill was prepared as per punjab police tariff with code 1196. After that, we have submitted the file for reversement but Civil surgeon Bathinda are not approving the payment of particular one bill that is Rs 81765. They are asking for breakup.
                    We have visited Max Super Speciality Hospital Bathinda 2 times to get the answer but they are not providing us the proper information and answer. My father (the patient) is going through stress because of not getting proper way to get the case done. I am attaching the files.
