sir i am neeraj kumar, i have taken a policy no[protected] from max new york life . Due to some problems, i have given request to cancell my policy no[protected] on 13th may 2009. but they do not give me any type of help and response. I have given cancellation request 3 times but they always told me that ur policy is under process. I have completed all formalities . pls do needful for me and refund my amount from them.
