Dear Sir,
I had two policies with MYNL, I surrendered both my policies in early December 2009, For one policy I have received the Refund cheque but for the other one, still there is no response from MYNL, I have called up the call center 100+ times almost 2 times in the day and I have mailed them 3 times, but still my request has not been answered. I am really shattered by this attitude and I had surrendered this policy since I was in need of money, but looks like MYNL is not interested in refunding the money back, what should i do in this case.
