[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — INSURANCE WITHDRAWAL | |||
I am very much happy to being existing customer of Max Life Insurance (Policy Number :[protected]. But some of personal urgent financial requirement I am planning to withdraw my policy. While submitting withdrawal application the concerned person is raising the issue of "SIGNATURE MISMATCH". I also agree that, my signature is looks little bit different than in the application form( which I signed 5 years ago). For my eyes the signature will looks around 60 to 70% same. But your people rejecting my withdrawal application. Please update me with any solution for this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

And I am trying to my Policy advisor from MAX LIFE INSURANCE Name Nagaraj ([protected]) he is not responding properly. I am trying to call him from last 2 weeks he is not picking the call also.

I need money urgently. So make it as soon as possible.
Thank you very much to my Policy advisor from MAX LIFE INSURANCE Name Nagaraj ([protected]). Finally my withdrawal application has been accepted.
Again I am so unhappy with the service of Max life Insurance. I surrendered my all documents related to Max Life Insurance Number[protected] for withdrawl on 22nd Jan-2013. Still there is no responce. The customer care people were telling that we are not received any document yet. My insurance advisor not picking my call. Please solve this issue as early as possible.
