[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — cancelled the policy no refund yet

Hi I took the policy & later due some urgency i had to cancel the Policy. I did the same. 4 months no communications as well no cheque received. I tried reaching them they are saying your policy cancellation periode was over before 4 days. Its worst, they didn't accept the docs in time & now they are saying that you were late.

Updated by rinkuup Sent couple of followup emails on service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com, no response.
We need our money back.

Now sending another email chain to [protected]@maxnewyorklife.com, waiting for the response.
