Dear sir,
I, Tripura sundari devi, whole life poloicy hoder in Max Life. My
policy number is[protected]. I paid my premium due for the year of
2012, August. I received confirmation receipt also. But I received a
letter frm you that, which my policy is lapsed and suggested me to pay
Rs.200.48. I cant understand why ur people frequently called me abt
premium payment even I paid, still I received letters from you to pay
balance. What is wrong with me you. Plz letme know my policy status.
