Would suggest call again to customer service helpdesk (toll free number). As per my knowledge there is facility of premium reduction (Non-Forfeiture option) in all endowment plans of Max. Might have Helpdesk exe gave you some wrong info.
Revert on query bcoz i was earlier a max employee in operations.

Do give call to helpdesk (Toll free number) with your ticket number[protected] in your case n check status of your query which is not mentioned by you above...else i could have suggested some more effective action.

As on date I cant got any call from your's..this is highly regret feeling for me that wheather I will continue with max or not; Loss is of mine only in every expect not of Max; max has already earned 20000 from my side. what Max loose isint it.
It's very shame on me and my family that we trusted on max and not a single guy come and demonstrate us the services.
