Max New York Life — Fake Policy with Fake details

I recieved a policy no.[protected] in my name . I have never applied for such policy. I recieved this policy on 13/06/09. In April I got a call from Randhir(A70212) regarding a child plan. I asked him to send me the policy details on email. He collected some details from me on phone. He send the policy on email then he called me regarding the policy. I refused to take the policy. He cut the phone.

On 30th may I have got an message on my mobile for paying 5000 rs against max newyork life from my HDFC bank credit card. I called HDFC bank customer care and filed a dispute case and get my card blocked. on 13th of june I got a policy frin MNYL. I checked that policy in very begining there was mentioned RANDHIR-A70212. I remember the name. I checked signature, mobile number my office addres and my wifes signature and witness all are fake.

This policy was issued by INDIA INFOLINE broker code is (JN007/261441) sales manager Pooja in favour of me.

I would like to request you to take appropriate action against him.

Hi Ashutosh,

I think you must have taken some kind of loan/service from India Infoline or over the phone you must have given your credit card details due to they were able to deduct premium from your account.

In this case would recommend you to log a written complaint against the agent/broker by visiting any nearest branch.

I have some question in my mind Please reply me if possible...
1>Why should you gave details of your credit card to Randhir ?
2>When you received this policy in June 2010, why not you cancelled
this policy under FREE LOOK UP PERIOD within 15 days...?

Now do one thing as payment was made through HDFC credit card just login to HDFC site or send mail and lodge a complaint againts Fake payment all your money debited from your credit card a/c will be refunded to you by VISA company but it should be within 120 days from date of receiving credit card bill.
After settlement cases should be in your favour as you are right...
NOW JUST LODGE A COMPLAINT TO CREDIT CARD DIVISION HDFC... RIGHT NOW..
