[Resolved]  MAX(LANDMARK GROUP) — REFUSAL TO CHANGE THE ITEM

Dear sir/madam,
I bought a ladies kurta (Item code[protected],MRP-899/-
RSP--539.4/-(at 40% discount) on 08 aug-2012 at 21:38:04 hrs from
store ID:02131 ,MAX(LANDMARK GROUP)(LIFESTYLE STORES) junction mall, Durgapur (West bengal).
I went to the store on 10 aug 2012 to change the item as there was size
problem , but store personnel refused to change the item.
I asked them to replace the same item with another size,but they didn't.
I am at a loss & even mailed through www.lifestylestores.com,but no feedback.
So, i request you to guide me.
