[Resolved]  Mayajaal cinemas — improper online booking system

I had booked 3 tickets for a tami movie in the month of september 2009!!! the problem is that after i bookd the seats and done the payment, the next step was to look for the confirmation in the 'My Booking''box. It did not show any indication of the booking confirmation. Therefore i did the booking again but different seats and this time, the process went on fine and i had the tickets with me. the next month when i received the credit card statement, it indicated that i had booked the 3 tickets twice. I wish to point out that i incuured a loss of Rs.660 for the wrongly credited tickets. The managemnt of this place is worth mentioning about, "HOPELESS"" is the word. It took me two days of several phone calls to get to speak to the person in-charge. He advised me to put in the complaint in the form of a mail and that he would revert back to me on this. During the conversation with him, he did admit that he was aware of similar problems which many faced and he assured me that he would resolve my issue. I waited till November to realise that he did not bother. Several phone calls to his direct cell number ( around 100) led to just ringing without being answered. I did send my friends to the office to meet up with the in-charge only to be shooed away or diverted by the fellow offcers. I wish the consumer forum looks into this issue soon.
