MCD Complaint — sewer blockage

I am a resident of Suraj mal vihar delhi 92, d block number 66 .I have submitted 4 complaints of sewer blockage at back of my house in mcd line and due to this all of the lines are blocked .This is creating huge problem in terms of coacroaches, flies and mostiques build up and creating foul smell. Please note till date the issue has not been resolved . kindly register my complain and initiate action accordingly. .

The dirty water from the sewer keeps coming out of it and has made the whole road in front of me smelling foul. We r a resident of BAPU PARK/BHOLA NAGAR KOTLA MUABARK PUR NEW DELHI 110003 . On behalf of the residents of BHOLA NAGAR /KOTLA MUBARK PUR, we would like to file a complaint against the traffic problems seen recently in our residential colony. There is a sudden increase in the commercial traffic movement in our colony, mostly by the, trucks, tempo and the Building Material tempos.

These vehicles are barred from using the internal residential roads, but they are now openly using the inside lanes of bhola nagar kotla mubark pur (specifically the road from CH.SHANCANDH MARG till AGERSHEN PARK/D.D.A PARK) and creating a nuisance for the residential area.

Not only this, because of thesecommercial traffic movements, the safely of small children and the old pedestrians in the area is at risk.

It is also creating safety issues for the people residing in the area, as there is no control on the movement of people in this area. There is a huge movement o[censored]nidentified personnel in the area, leading to greater risk.

We request immediate action on the same, with the following:
1. Immediate stoppage / barring of the movement of commercial / non residentail vehicles within the colony
2. Placement / installation of speed breakers in the area to ensure the speed control of the movement of traffic.

We request your immediate action on the same. Please let us know the action planned by you.

Community Park in Vasant Kunj — Encroachment of community park

The community park in Sector C, Pocket 6&7 near gate 1 has been encroached by 2 flats who have put up thier own trees/plants and fences which doesnt allow the children to play in the park comfortably. Even though the RWA had put up swings and cleaned up the park, these residents of 2 flats have taken up a lot of space and not keep the trees pruned/grass cleaned either. Can you please help? Municipal Corporation of Delhi is a corrupt body no doubt. But its elected councilors openly indulge in all kinds of law twisting nefarious activities. Who bothers about Delhi's trees? Here you see an MCD councilor by the name of Praveen Gupta of the Bahujan Samaj Part (BSP) getting an Amaltas (Cassia fistula) tree, the Golden Shower Tree, cut, in spite of he having sent his brother to Delhi High Court to get an order on 23 October 2009 to have the tree transplanted elsewhere. But the folly of all follies, Praveen Gupta did not even want to pay for the transplant, so the tree was quickly killed way back in August by his men, but the High Court was never informed. So, the High Court passed an order to transplant a dead tree, which was ridiculous to you and me. But it made sense, because the law took its course, the officers did write reports and they guided Praveen Gupta into the art of tree killing in Delhi. So, after Gupta loses the next elections, he could very well start a consultancy to help all the future tree removers in Delhi. He is sure to get good business, as Delhi now only needs cars, roads, flyovers, smog and millions of disposable potted plants for the 2010 Commonwealth Games! So, obviously, Delhi CM Sheila Dikshit is a very busy lady, although she seems to have a lot of concern for the trees.

This is to inform you that I am a resident of Flat No. 124 A, Pocket A, Sukhdev Vihar, (S.F.S. Flats) New Delhi - 25.

The Sewer line just outside my flat is overflowing throught the cover of the manhole. As a result of this, the dirty water contaminated with toilet waste is flowing back in my flat which is situated on the ground floor. This is causing lot of inconvenience and unhygenic conditions for me.

Jansankhya Sthirata Kosh (National Population Stabilisation Fund) has been established as a Registered Society of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The General Body of the JSK is Chaired by the Union Minister for Health & Family Welfare. JSK is located in Room No. 282-287, First Floor, Annie Besant Gate, August Kranti Bhavan. The inner road leading to the parking slot of August Kranti Bhawan is in a very shabby condition as heeps of mud and waste paper, empty cover of Gutkas as well cigarete butts etc have pilled up. This road is not being sweeped on regular basis. It gives very bad impression to the foreigners and Indian high dignities who visit this office to attend the meetings etc.

The Executive Director, JSK (Shri Amarjit Singh, IAS) has taken a serious view and desired that all the above mentioned dirt should be sweept and cleaned as eary as possible.

I am resident of A Block -291, defence colony. Bisham pitamah marg.The contractor who is given work for new construction of foot path adjouning to our walls have put lot of dubries in front of entrance gate. Inspite of our several request the work is stoppted for the last 15 days and do to this we are facing lot of problem as our entrance is blocked by badarpur & roddi.

With due respect, I want to draw your kind consideration towards the bad condition of the drains of our area i.e. gali no.4 Shastri park Delhi-53. New sewer connection has been taken and the soil has been filled in to the drains by some individuals to stop the water flow of remaining people.
As it is not the right of any individual to block the street drain, and it is the prerogative of the MCD to block the drains or not, it is a crime to block the drains by the individual.
So you are requested to take an immediate action against the faulted persons.

MCD — Overflow of MCD Drainage in property

I am a resident of Dera Farm, Khasra no 130/131, Dera Road, V/Po Dera, New Delhi. Recently, the passage leading to the neighbouring was laid out with concrete road by MCD and a drainage was also made along side the road. However, the drainage, instead of being connected to the main sewer line has been left opened ended near our main gate because of which the sewage is overflowing into our property from the main gate and the front wall.
I request the authorities to take cognizance of this issue which is causing considerable inconvenience to us.

Sir, We thankful to our MLA Sahib/Councillors and would like to draw kind attention that last year the rain drainage water canal in the streets were newly constructed/completed and apart from till date these rain drainage canals are still opened. Owing to this so many hazards have been happening almost every day.

(1) Sometimes children while playing over there in the street they fall in these opened rain drainage canal and (2) when somebody trying to park their vehicle, the wheel gets thud into it. (3) Whenever an old/aged people try to put step get into and out from their particular home, generally, they get plunged into in the open canal and gets unexpected injury.

It is our humble request with folded hands that necessary instructions may please be given to the competent authority so that this genuine problem o[censored]n-covered rain-drainage canal of the street in our area of S-Block, Parampuri, Uttam Nagar could be resolved at your early convenience please.

broken by the neighbor due to that all water from drains is coming on roads into sewage disposal resulting in all mismatch and water clogging and further its stagnation resulting in a vicious circle. the educated class is not expected of this but still it is being continued. i am lodging complaint against Pallavi Tent house Gail no 16 Perm Na gar please take the necessary action against them and kindly get the drains cleared off by sewerage as it may pose a health hazard and if swine flu virus creeps into the society stagnant water would just help it to spread.

I am a resident o[censored]ttam nagar and have been visiting the gehlot office in west delhi to let them know the situation infront of our house but no one bothers there to take an action. The drains has not been cleaned at our side of the road since last 8 years the drain water keeps coming out from holes and it smells along with mosquitoes which is very dangerous for the people around. I,harish kumar malik,resides at A-102 Ashok Vihar Phase-3,Delhi-52 requests you to chop off the two trees namely one of them is amaltas and other one is gulmohar.
These two trees are standing in front of my main gate of the house and they are increasing endangerously and are affecting and covering our balconies.
Sometimes the branches of trees fell down in our courtyard where our small children play.Once on a stormy day a branch of tree fell down on the head of my mother.She is very much old person, about 70 years.She got badly hurt. And these two trees are on the M.C.D. land.

I would like to draw your attention towards the overflown drainage of entire pipes of my residence, c-2 kirti nagar new delhi 110015. the mcd staff says have been requested to visit to clean the drains, but no body turns up.

Similar issues is with the road infront of the house it...during the recent construction of roads they closed the drainge hole with the coal tar and now whenever it rains there is no place for water to drain...it remains stagnant until dries up. it becomes a huge swap of water and as it is on the main road it causes jams as well. to get out of the house means stepping on bricks to move out.

please look in the matter and do the need ful if possible.

No Company — Garbage in the open drain

Dear Concerned,

I am kishore staying in 16th A main 2nd A cross, HAL 2nd stage (Near KPCL office) Back side of our residence there is drain which is going and reaching the old airport road bigger drain at flyover junction.

There are around 60 houses either side of the drain approximately a population of 150+ elders and 20+children and 15+infants.

The drain is completely packed with garbage and the there is no chance for water to pass through, because of this it is stinking heavily since 2~3 months, the smell is increasing day by day. Non of the BBMP members are bothered. Even the near by wells are getting contaminated because of the stoppage of drain water, and lot of mosquitoes are seen in and around the place.

Many of them are falling sick because of this. For your ref photo has been attached. We request you to cover the information in your program, so reuqest the concerned to taken some action to clear the garbage and provide a permanent solution to the problem.

This is to Bring to your notice that the uncovered drain on the side of BG-314 Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar, Delhi – 110042 is a cause of concern for several reasons –
1. Since the drain is not covered it acts as a breeding ground for mosquitoes/ moths, which are causing diseases like malaria.
2. Polythene bags are often dropped into the drain as it is open, this leads to blockage of the drain, further stagnation of collected water.
3. Every few weeks the cleaners come, take out the junk from the drain and leave it outside. This is again very hazardous to the people living in the vicinity.
4. People in the area who have tea / food stalls are suffering because of the unhygienic surroundings.
5. The junk from the drain also leads to traffic jams.
Please make arrangements for closing the drain and arrange for regular cleaning of the area to bring back the hygiene to the locality.
We sincerely hope that this request will be taken seriously and the necessary steps will be taken at the earliest.

MCD — Pathetic Drains

Hi

This is to bring in light, the pathetic condition of oprn drains (Nallis) outisde my house in A2 blovk paschim vihar. The sight is getting so pathetic that I can not even stand in front of my home for even a single minute. Despite numerous reminders to MLA Shri Shyam Lal Garg, no action has been taken by him to cover the drain.

Whenever I ask te local safaikaramchari of MCD, either the concerned one is off duty or visiting some other place.

With so many campains against dengue, nothing is being done to keep places clean, safe for movement of citizens.

I would request atleast once , any one from Sanitation departmnet, MLA to have a sight of the open drain (which I ahve been requesting to cover up form last one year) and will understand what a lifestyle i m living up.

The newly constructed drianage( in between R Pkt and H Pkt) at 'Ayyappa Mandir Marg' on the side of district park at Dilsahd Garden is incomplete. The Drainage is blocked in the middle as there is an illegal encroachment about 50 meters boards of car sercicing have been installed. The water is blocked on both side of the newly construted drinage. the work has been finished at both ends of the drain. An enquirey may reveal the fact. thanks

I, Vivek Kalra R/o A-4/102, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 have purchased the ground floor of the property bearing no. B-4/99, ground floor, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 measuring 150 sq.yard.

After purchase of the said property, I came to know that Sh.Vijay Gulati S/o. Sh. M.R.Gulati R/o.B-5/121, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 Who has been the owner & Builder of IInd Floor of the property. The said person had build up the first floor also of the said building wherein Sh. Amarjeet Shani has been the occupant.

Said shree Vijay Gulati had got the site plan sanctioned from DDA & your office but has violated the terms & condition of the sanctioned site plan and illegally extended the front portion & rear portion of the first & IInd floor.

Shri Vijay Gulati was required to raise the construction as per sectioned plan. The foundation of the said building was laid as per the sanctioned plan and the foundation and strength of the said building is not as per the construction illegally raised. Said Sh. Gulati is required to remove the illegal constructed and extended portion at the first and the second floors of the said property. In the first and the second floor, the front portion is extended 3 fts and the rear portion is extended by 4 feet’s, illegally.

Moreover due to the said illegal construction, the entire roof of the ground floor i.e. the floor of the complainant has become week since water is seeping and leaking into the roof of the ground floor besides extra heavy load, due to the illegal construction is being borne by the foundation of the said building.

The undersigned is apprehending the entire building might collapse and the foundation of the building might sink into the earth.
At the same time, Sh. Gulati is further planning to raise illegal forth story on the third floor.

You are requested to removedemolish the said illegal portion at first and second floor of property, B-4/ 99, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063 & also not to sanction the further construction at IIIrd floor of the said property.
