To, The Commissioner of Delhi Municipal Corporation Delhi(Delhi) Sub:- Unauthorized Construction Dear Sir, I wish to draw your attention about a builder Mr. Meenu who is constructing 5th floor in unauthorized colony (Area is about 165 yard) and location is Hardev Nagar, Gali No. 1, Jharoda Village (Nearby Sant Nagar, Burudi) Delhi – 110084 (Area is Civil Line Zone). This colony is not passed, and not even in a list of passing colonies, list of Delhi Governments. This is an unauthorized colony, and has gotten the certificate of NOC only (No Objection Certificate of Delhi Govt.). As per Delhi Govt. rules no one can build more than 3 floors in such type of colonies. And before that He/She has to taken a permission of MCD Delhi, and need to pass a property construction map, but he is a builder and I think no rules for him. He has spread his money in all Departments like MCD, POLICE etc. And local people cannot fight with him because he is a strong person. Local authority police and some local areas officers also included on it. You are requested to please take a necessary action and demolish the unauthorized/illegal construction without any further delay. I hope you will an immediate action. All complaints against Govt. officers, police force, politicians and rich people are vein. All ordinary citizen have to suffer in India.If you have big amount of money to pay bribe to everyone then only you get something. this is the truth

I would like to inform you that unauthorized construction without prior sanction plan the builder is constructing 5 story building at property No. 757& 386, Chirag Delhi New Delhi-17( South Zone Green park related matter) Number of complaint sent to D.C South but no action has been taken so far. The above said unauthorized construction is going on for the last five motnths. JE is aware about these construction but instead of taking any action he is protecting the unauthorized construction.
I request kindly take ncessacy action as per DMC ACT. As the per this no person can erect the building without prior sanction plan from Commissioner of MCD. Wtith the help of of JE voilation of act is going on.
