[Resolved]  MCGM — Not taking action

I Mr. J. Dingankar Owner of flat G/204 on 2nd floor in a Co-op H.S.G Society in Mumbai had complained for the unauthorized box grill weather/rain(Tin patra) shade made to the enclosed balcony by the Owner of flat G/104 on the 1st floor below my flat. This is the weather/rain shade made outside the bed room of G/104 and it’s so big (it is above 3 feet in breadth/width) which creates tremendous amount of problem to me & my family, as all the upper floor flats rubbish garbage etc accumulate on this shade and also water thrown from upper flats gives reverse splashes of dirty water which spoils our washed cloths resulting in too much problem for me & my family.

More over there is also an obstruction of view.

I had complained to the MCGM Asst Eng (Bldg & Factory) 'F' South ward on 30th Dec 2010, on my complaint they visited our society & issued a letter dated 08/01/2011(FS/32423/BF) to the concerned party asking him to remove the same immediately failing which action deemed fit under MMC Act 1888 or MRTP Act 1966 will be taken.

I had also complained online on MCGM site (Complaint No. [protected] on 31st Jan 2011) regarding the same.

Now its almost 2(Two) months & MCGM is not taking any further action to remove the same.

I will be very much thankful if somebody helping me in this regard.
