I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by residents of Gajanan colony and near Apnalay center. Sir there is one street dogs. He barks even on permanent residents of this area. I have seen and faced this situation where these dogs' barks on us and come closer to...

There is no free two wheeler parking at nariman point from vidhan bhavan road till status hotel road & ncpa road.

Paid parking people are taking rs.85/- from morning 9am till evening 6.30 pm.

We are the lower middleclass citizen of india and we are paying road taxes and lakhs of people have private jobs at csmt & ncpa who uses 2 wheelers to avoid late marks.

We require free parking / cheapest charges for parking.
Kindly take quick action.

Illegal hawker (Vijay Sandwichwala and Dosa ) has shifted his entire setup on the footpath outside Parichay Shop, Madhav Building, Kastur Park, Borivali (West), Mumbai-400092.
In the evening and night, It is just impossible for the citizens to walk on the footpath and compulsorily need to walk on the road, leading to accidents.
Further, the traffic gets Jam due to the parked vehicles who visit to eat sandwich and Dosa.
He was requested to shift his stall on the opposite side but has threatened citizens complaining the same.
You are requested to take Sturn action and remove this Sandwitchwala & Dosawala nuisance/menace from here.

Building resident in K west ward has been facing shortage of water suppply since 23rd March. we approached MCGM officials for same but no action has been taken. Building resident has been struggling to complete the daily household chores.

I am a resident of Link Road, behind DMart, Kanderpada, Dahisar west As I was unable to find the details for the specific authority for the R North ward, I am writing to you hoping to get to the right authority. Atleast help forward this to the ones concerned.

I am seeking help from the authorities to curb the problem of stray dogs in the area. The dogs have multiplied over time and it is a problem while sleeping as the howling and barking at night disturbs the elderly and children alike .
Also they have become dangerous as they have become aggressive over time chasing and biting people around. They are all over our building and the lane outside Raj Sagar and Florence starting from Atlanta.
Their numbers need to be controlled as they could be a threat in time.

Some people on our floor are feeding stray cats and every and then cats is suffering from loose motions which she is doing out side our house and due to food left over red ants have also made home and have spread in our house. We had requested our neighbours to stop feeding which they are not taking seriously infact they are fighting with us and producing threats. We need your support to take the stray cats away from our building.

Dear Officer,

The amount of Rs. 12160.80 was transferred to MCGM Water Department on 12th Nov., 2018, for the water connection no. TXB4910004 (T Ward - Rajhans Bldg., Zaver Rd., Mulund West) from SBI Bank A/C [protected]. However, neither the receipt of this amount was acknowledged nor the same was refunded. This amount may include some nominal charges of around Rs. 11 to 12 on account of making online payment from SBI Bank.

As per my bank statement, the transaction id for this payment is - PSBI[protected]IGAEYGBH (TRANSFERRED TO[protected] transferred from SBI Bank A/C [protected] on 12th Nov. 2018.

The same amount was paid by us on 19th Feb 2019 via Rec. No. 1819HER00800643 generated by MCGM water department.

Request to probe in to the matter and refund Rs. 12160.80 at the earliest or adjust in the next bill as advance payment.

I was paying mcgm water bill of amount Rs 6033/- using SBI Bank through paytm UPI payment . After filled OTP amount got deducted and it is showing successfull payment but when I'm paying new bills. It is showing me the paid amount in outstanding bills. I'm attaching screenshot of my payment below. Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I follow the process and selected the bank baroda -UPI-Phonepay-CCAvenue- and at last I got an error page .but my money was got deducted .

There has been no refund and no contact number given in the MCGM to ask about failed transactions. Kindly verify and sort the issue at the earliest

On 13-March-2021, I have paid online on MCGM site for water bill CCN RSU8461001, and the amount of Rs.3771/-(including Interest charges) got deducted from my saving’s account, but the same has not been updated in the MCGM database. There has been no refund and no contact number given in the MCGM to ask about failed transactions. Kindly verify and sort the issue at the earliest

I was paying MCGM water bill of amount rs 9, 219/- on https://aquaptax.mcgm.gov.in through payment gateway Bank of Baroda and then had used Google pay UPI
The amount got deducted and post that I got an internal server error. The receipt is not generated and the bill is still shown as unpaid.
Kindly check from your end and pay that bill or reverse the amount.

Dear sir we the residents of jpelyn building 17/d have not been receiving water at full capacity past one week there is no problem with our pump or popes the water coming from your department is very scanty and my senior citizen parents have to carry buckets off water to bathe properly due to the lack off water supplied to our premises. Kindly look in to this and provide a solution at the earliest thanking you the residents of Joelyn 17d sherly village.

I am a resident of kandivali West Charkop sector 8. I am tired calling bmc control numbers and respective ward number, but in vain. There is a severe rodent problem in my area. Mice entered our place tried to shoo him away by various techniques but failed, so tried for BMC help but in vain. 1916 is also not working. Please guide.

Many hawkers are blocking the road and many fruit vendors are encroaching the road in new Mhada layout Malwani malad (west) Mumbai 400095 . It's making the locality filthy and ugly. . Hawkers also mess up the locality but littering their garbage. I request bmc to clear them up permanently. So that there are no further encrouhment and the road is cleared for the vehicles. Specially in he evening. After 6 pm. The vendors spring up and block the roads. These hawkers and vendors are menace to the traffic some times even the ambulance has problems to move on the road.

At the airoli mulund signal on the ee highway just before you take a right to get on to the airoli bridge road, there a group who strut about looking for spitting. There are no notices there, these people don't seem authorized and are probably either goons or crooked employees, who just carry around a card and do this as a side business. Everything else on that road/in that area is # with trash trucks also taking a u-turn at high speeds, dropping/spilling their trash on the road and generally the smell lingers in the area for at least an hour after the trucks have gone. However, these trucks keep coming every few minutes so there is no respite.in addition, the area itself is filthy anyway. No notices or warning, no proof of littering/spitting is provided by these people as well.

There are several street dogs (At least 5) that bark all the time esp. At night, run after vehicles and generally cause a huge nuisance in the area. Their # barking at night has made it difficult to sleep. Further these dogs are fed by some kutchhi residents whereby these dogs only are in particular area of the road in and around 2-3 buildings. Plus they have had multiple pups thereby causing cleanliness problems. They need to be caught, neutered and resettled some place else such as a forest or uninhabited area. Should be easy to do so in the night esp. After 2300 hours.
