I have taken Health Insurance policy for My parent. In the Second year of Insurance Policy period my mother suffer from Cellulite lt. it occurs due to malaria medicine given by doctor without Pathology Test. due to which mother was feel heavy heat in body. after check pathology test Sugar was detected in Oct.11, however same test was done in earlier ie. march 2011 but no Diabetes detected. Medical Insurance — Claim not received even after 7 months of follow up
I Mahavir Gupta, Policy # 320100/34/09/11/00001991, policy claim # 15819230 submitted all the documents .i.e. bills, medical reports and certificate from doctor with E-meditek services Ltd, Gurgaon branch on 17the Sep 2010. since than we do not received any inquiry from them. On our follow up they said they are working on it. Then our repeated follow up they asked us for previous 4 year policy receipts. we submitted the documents next day on 25 Jan 2011. I do have receipt of documents submission for both the dates. Again the same problem persist and we did not hear anything from them. I kept contacting them but either they said that we are working on it or said that the status in pending.Now after couple of weeks when I called them today, to my shock the representative said that your claim status is "No Claim". When I asked the representative to transfer call to his senior, he took my cell# and said that one of his senior will contact me with-in half an hour but I do not received any call till now.
I am very much disturbed mentally and physically on their response and services.
