I have taken Health Insurance policy for My parent. In the Second year of Insurance Policy period my mother suffer from Cellulite lt. it occurs due to malaria medicine given by doctor without Pathology Test. due to which mother was feel heavy heat in body. after check pathology test Sugar was detected in Oct.11, however same test was done in earlier ie. march 2011 but no Diabetes detected. Claim Rs.50000/- was rejected by company. Please...

This is Amit Pandita; I am having a mediclaim policy 4034i/CHC/05608302/00/000 with ICICI Lombard which expires on[protected]. As I was out of station so I was not able to renew it on time, on returning back I renewed it online with the help of Customer Care Executive, there was some issue with the website I was not able to see the congratulation page as updated by them. The full premium was deducted from my account. Then after I got many calls from different executive claiming that your policy is renewed you will receive the documents by so and so on date. Still there is no revert form them.
Please suggest me how to get the policy or money from them.

I have a medical insurance. The insurance company (HDFC) and the third party involved (Mediassit India TPA Pvt. Ltd.) are refusing to process a bill which is not prenumbered. The hospital has provided the Doctor receipt in a format stamped with hospital seal. Now I do not know who is at fault. Against whom should I fight?
