In the Second year of Insurance Policy period my mother suffer from Cellulite lt. it occurs due to malaria medicine given by doctor without Pathology Test. due to which mother was feel heavy heat in body. after check pathology test Sugar was detected in Oct.11, however same test was done in earlier ie. march 2011 but no Diabetes detected. I have a medical insurance. The insurance company (HDFC) and the third party involved (Mediassit India TPA Pvt. Ltd.) are refusing to process a bill which is not prenumbered. The hospital has provided the Doctor receipt in a format stamped with hospital seal. Now I do not know who is at fault. Against whom should I fight?
