[Resolved]  Meltek Infosystems Pvt. Ltd., Kharadi Pune — deactivation of dish tv

I am dish tv holder for last 2 to 3 years. I am regularly recharging it to avaoid discontinuity. This time, since I was out of station till 9th July,I was continuously informing the above office staff Mrs. Sunita about it from 2 Jul. through phone. After detailed discussion with her and as per her suggestion, a person will come to home for collecting the recharge amount on 9th Jul. and there will not be any problem. On my return on 9th July, we made several calls to the office and also to the concerned person Mr. Sandip for collecting the money. But due to his negligence, from 12 Jul.2012 morning our dish tv services have been deactivated. Even then I tried to contact the activation centre but due to their rudeness till now activation process is pending.

Here I would like to mention that since I was paying the annual amount, I have given a cheque for Rs, 4560/- payable to Meltech Infosystems Pvt. Ltd. Kharadi, Pune. Due to some past bad experiences, I have not paid the amount in cash. Even now also, I am very much afraid, whether the cheque has been reached to the concerned office or not else deposited in the bank or not? But this I already informed to Mrs. Sunita and she told me that deactivation will not be done.

I would like to have a solution for all this misbehaviour from the Co. and so much of time wasted for the same.
