Problem with HD VC and recharge amount

I, , Allwyn D’souza customer of DishTV and holding the VC no : [protected] is
having an HD connection.
Ihad the problem of the pictures dancing, it was found that the picture used to
dance a lot when the mobile data used to be ON and when mobile data
connection was made off there dancing used to reduce drastically.
This was conveyed to your repair department Mr. Vithal and as suggested I got my VC
replaced with another unit in September...

I am dish tv holder for last 2 to 3 years. I am regularly recharging it to avaoid discontinuity. This time, since I was out of station till 9th July,I was continuously informing the above office staff Mrs. Sunita about it from 2 Jul. through phone.
