i am ganesh gupta , i have an ulip policy with metlife ( policy no[protected] .
the policy was in paid up status since jan 2009 , i have paid the required amount ( 18760/-) & health declaration letter on 20 oct 2009 , but my policy is still in lapse status , whenever i call metlife for policy status they just tell me stupid resons and tell me to wait for three days, they are using my money for the last one month without intrest and and telling me u r case is under procedure . so please sir do lokk into this matter and do the needful,
