[Resolved]  MetLife India — Delay in Refund

I had 3 policies from Metlife and was cheated by them, Please find below my all the Metlife policies details.

1st Policy[protected] : Metsukh
2nd Policy[protected] : Processed for cancellation (its over 20 days and no credit)
3rd Policy - worth 25K.
- 1st Policy: what is the amount to be paid post deduction of Moneyback (no money received as yet) which is not received.
- 2nd Policy: Had visited your office at Noida Sector 18 & given the surrender letter along with the documents & i was told by the executive that in 10days I shall get the funds I think am nearly completing 30 days & yet 'No Sign' for payment.
- 3rd Policy: Need the policy to be cancelled & funds to be returnd. Policy document not yet received.

When wrote to Metlife there as respond but not a customer friendly then I escalated the matter to the top management at Metlife but there was no heed to them therefore i planned to write to there MD (India) & President but no response. I got a revert when i wrote to IRDA but it was also useless a format to be filled after 25days of complaint. Finally, after all fight after 2 months got one point settled and second was in progress. I was given a timeline to get the same settled but later they adjusted against one of the policy wherein the amount payable was 12K and amount to be paid was 23K and there is no credit of 11K. This time I waited as per the timelines given by the team but even after 10 days they did not offer any resolution to me. I need you support in getting the refund processed and a lesson to be given to the company so that no other customer go through the pain I had gone through.
