[Resolved]  MetLife India — Told me lie and cancelled my surrender request

I submitted a surrender request on 3rd December 2012, 12.15PM. As per the NAV of that my fund value is 106673.81. I downloaded the account statement and it shows the same amount. After deducting the surrender charges I should get around 87000. But one person named Abdul Shameer (he told me that he is from Delhi office) called me on 6th December 2012 for verification and he told me I will get only 64000 something as my fund value is 83000 something on 3rd December 2012. I argued with him many a time that it's 106673 but he never agreed and he asked me to cancel the surrender request. Is this some kind of game that metlife play? As I submitted the surrender request on 3rd December I should get the surrender value for that day. But why there is a difference between what this person said and the value in account statement?

I need to know what happened. Is this the way you treat your customers?
