[Resolved] mGinger — Cancellation of delivery | |||
Hi, I booked a Product (2 AXE Deo and 2 Round Neck Tees) from Mginger .com on 2-May-2012, Then on 3-May-2012 I sent an cancellation request mail to the support team. They replied back with their confirmation regarding cancelling the order. But in the Mginger website tacking order section on 5-May-2012 it shows the order has been shipped. After getting a confirmation from your support team for cancelling the order, How dare you will ship the product. I asked for cancellation I even sent 3 more email but No reply from your team. Its a very horrible experience from my side. I would not prefer anyone to take up any product from Mginger hereafter. Very worst response from the Mginer. Once your money is gone it will never be refunded thats what the policy of Mginger. Guys be carefull. Was this information helpful? | |||
