I am a 4 years old member of mGinger.com online account, my income by mginger.com thru receiving sms and getting paid when people signup under my referral link. And the pending amount is over Rs. 15, 000/- on my mGinger.com account. I have contacted thru email and phone conversation to all of mGinger.com responsible person but no body is ready to help me, all of them misguided me and cheated me. Also the payment request button on all mginger.com account are DISBALED by mGinger.com Admin. Actually mGinger.com sold by ValueFirst - www.vfirst.com and i also contacted this company for my pending payment but they also not behaving well and told me that we are not responsible any cheat and fraud by mGinger.com Value First - www.vfirst.com also told me that mGinger.com is a cheater and many Complaint are running and you can also file a complaint and struggle, we won't responsible. I bought a Jewelry Combo and got a pressure cooker free. But both the products are useless. I sent mail it was bounced back. I called on the number given in invoice but number was not reachable. The company is fraud.

    hi,i have ordered 3 manicure sets with order id 417455 which was a successful transaction.now they are denying that the order can't be traced and to provide bank statement.i could have given it too but after few days of the deal i closed my bank account permanently,so i can't acess it now on net also.when i replied this to service anvenue and mginger even they didn't acknowledged .really this removes trust from such unresponsive company.first of all when i tracked the order its showing in process and inspite of this they want my bank statement.i think if they dn't have trust on their own site its difficult to trust the customers and in future they will loose the customers.
    hope consumer court takes action against it.

        Once the product is dispatched, you will receive a message with the courier name and consignment number. you may track the consignment in the concerned logistics website""""""...............but i could not get any message so i mailed them on 27th April but they only say""""""""Dear Customer

        Reebok Shoe — not receive

        l have not received my rebok shoe instade of adidas shoe kindly confarm me it is possible to get my shoe or not because Iam wating morethen two and half month for the same.

        This is in regards to the order # MITBC WEB 22168682 dated 7th March'09. The payment is already made for Rs. 1700 and not yet recieved. Called in many times, operators have disconnected the calls on us by putting on long holds. We stay in Bangalore so one can imagine that we are being placed on hold on STD calls ... who is responsible for the delay and who is responsible for all these calls ... no one will be compensating all this time and money we have wasted on this ... now the reply / action i am expecting from this cpmplaint is either send the order or return the money ... Truely speaking all this seems to be FRAUD and non- trust worthy ... no customer service, false promises ... and no one knows to keep their word

        Reebok — Not received Shoes

        Hi,
        After reading of all other complaints I don't know I will get that material or not?
        I have ordered for Reebok sports set i.e Shoes, Tracksuit, Track kit, and other accessories worth Rs.10,000 for only 3299. I have received all the materials except wallet and Shoes. That too in the wallet box only key chain was found (that too rusted one). I don't know why you people do like this?. We believed in Indiatoday and ordered for the material.           hi,
          I ordered manicure deal at mginger deal.com which i didn't received at all. When i was worried as i didn't received my order after long time of order placement.
          details is as follows,
          I had placed 3 times the order of which two transactions failed and I got the acknowledgement too,but the acknowledgement for successful transaction i didn't get.I wrote this to [protected]@cc avenue.com and even acknowledgement of request receipt i didn't get.I too contacted mginger support team who asked for order id details which acknowledgement receipt i didn't receive at all else said will get the amount credited back to my bank account.
          this happened when i complained about this.As i don't want my money credited because it is inconvenient for me as i want my ordered product, else i would have purchased from other sites/shops.
          If the order is not confirmed one should not get the sms stating the money has deducted by company's name on registered mobile no by the bank which i got.
          another problem is how they will credit my amount as i had paid by debit card and that account has been closed recently by me.

            Dear sir i have purched a cloth( geans ) online in mginger.com. When they confired my order i told them that my geans size 36. After vpp received when i open the purcel i saw that it size of 28. Immidiately i call them and they suggest me to return the product. Next day i retured it via couriar service. This is on the month of february. But till now i am not getting the real product . I mail them everytime but they not replied. I call them but they are not interested to receive it. I attach the bill of the product so u can help me out abour that matter. Thx

              I have purchased a mouse from mginger.com order no.415020 and they showed that the retail price of the product is Rs.299
              and the deal price is Rs.99. But when I received the product I found that the product is way different from the one that is shown
              on their site and also the MRP is Rs.175. For that I sent them email stating the same and asked them to replace the mouse
              but ever after ten I didn't receive any reply. So I called them on phone they were replying so rudely and hang up the phone saying
              that is the only product you will get and we will not replace, you can do what ever you want.
              Kindly help me in getting the right product.

                Mginger is online shopping website. Couple of days before they have placed a product in online, in such a way that if we buy a wrist watch of Rs. 499, a camera free for the first 50 customers. So i placed the order. While placing the order, In the first page, they have asked the details of me, in the next page ? it asked the bank details. Thats all, the order is placed. After completion of the transaction, it showed only wrist watch. Then I have browsed the contact and faq's of the website. In that it is written as,we can cancel the order by calling the customer care or putting a mail. Both I have did. I got a reply mail from the customer care that. We have forwarded your request for order cancellation to our concerned department, soon we will revert you on the same. But till now I did not got any update from them. When today I kept another mail, they replied that the order is inshipping status. So I want to cancel my order. While placing the order, they have not mentioned any rules and regulations.

                Mginger — Sending mails to contacts in my address book

                While visiting the site mGinger.com it took all the contacts from my address book and it regularly sends emails to my contacts, please stop sending such mails

                    I have read the specifications which says - color is subject to availability while ordering a shirt. I never thought I would get a different colored shirt which is not shown/listed on the website. When contacted, they said they have around 89 colors and I might get one among them, however the website shows only 2 colors.
                    I ordered a shirt thinking that I would get either blue or pink colored shirt, though they have mentioned on the website saying - color is subject to availability. I thought I would get one among the 2 colors but I was shocked looking at the green colored shirt in the package. When contacted, they said
                    - they have around 89 colors and I might get one among the 89 colors.
                    - they deliver only those stuff which is there in the store no matter what color is shown on the website.
                    This is not right coz they show something and deliver something.

                      I have ordered on 20th Feb 2013 Innovage Wireless Headphone vide ORDER ID 371781 and Bluetooth Combo vide ORDER ID 371786 and yet receive any confirmation for the item having been despatched. I have sent mails to customer support and also to the orders dept daily to confirm the details and also mail me the shipping details. it is one week from the date of my order and iam yet to receive any mail on these items. I have also made the payment online. Please send me the item as the delivery of the item is to be made in 3-7 days. it is already 7 days and the item is yet to be shipped. this information i got from the mginger website on tracking for the order id. please send me a reply about the status and also ship the item immediately. also send me a mail reg the shipping details.

                        I ordered in mginger.com and my order id is 331220. Still not delivered, When i contacted customer care they said that working in priority basis, but still not shipped the product and no reply from them. The amount is Rs.349/-

                          I purchased a mobile called Blue Max before 15 to 18 days a go.Now the mobile is not working.When I contacted to Mgimger Customer support,I received a reply "We are sorry to inform you that the replacement or the refund of the
                          same is not possible. We have clearly mentioned that the replacement of the goods can be done if the issue is being registered either by call or mail within 3 business days from the date of delivery on the invoice.".I paid 900/-Rs for this mobile.This kind of vague reply they sent.I request you all not to purchase anything from Mginger,they are cheating innocent people.It's fraudulent company.They don't have ethics.They will sell you worst products.Please beware of this company.

                            I had place order for blue max 18 mobile on date 16 June 2012 and i got confirmation for that product will delivered after 4-5 working days hence i wait for the same but i didn't received requested mobile within said period hence i had wrote mail to customer care then i got revert that product is dispatch but after several follow up i received the product after 17 days the first issue is that if company is claiming that product will be delivered 4-5 days then why the same is delivered after 17-18 days.

                            As i received the product i had check and got conclusion that the product which is requested by me is Blue max18 but the received product is Blue Max81 which not looking same then i had mail communication for the said issue then they had given me explanation that the requested product is not in sock hence they gave me another product but i strongly said to customer care that the i don't need this hence they offer me new model that Blue max36 but i insist the company to send me requested model but they don't answer to my mail and calls.

                            The model which is received is not working properly hence i need to change the same but i received the receipt of Blue Max18 but the current model is Blue max81 hence i cant claim to mobile company to repair or replace the same hence i had write the mail to Minger to provide me correct receipt but i didn't received revert from the said company.

                            Please help me on the said issue that will help me to solve my problem....

                                Then I ordered it. And my Order No is: 346152
                                And it shipped through Blue Dart carrier AWB No: [protected]

                                Now, I received the item, and when, opened the package, I show some useless LAZOR GOLD STAR PEN (PACK OF 5) which is a use and through pen…
                                But it delivered another item(5 set of lazor gold star pen) whose cost is less then Rs/- 10.
                                After that i mailed to customer care regarding the same,but no one is listen me,

                                It’s very disappointing…
                                This is a fraud online site,which is cheating the peoples...

                                Please take a strong action on this site,and i am also giving an F.I.R to cyber crime police station.
                                As no more people should not be cheated by this stupid site.

                                    I am very sorry to say your online shopping site cheating us by selling wrong product which differ by what shown in photo (As shown in attachment ) . This is totally cheating with customer , therefore i am saying in very strong word that you people just cheating with customer. So i am ask you to take back this [censored]ing product. In product detail it is not mention that it is only torch and not a mobile charger which is what the actually this product is. Take quick action.

                                      On 27.12.2012 i received your goods of six pocket cargo pant two pieces.I didn't expect this from you.the cloth quality is too worst.I purchased many items in online and i never faced this kind of problem. I impressed your preview about pant.Really i don't like the cloth quality also as well as stretches and shades and all.I order another winter jacket also.For this i am afraid about the product.If you do well to me i will continue my relationship. Kindly find the attachment and take back your goods and return my money.

                                        i bought an order of Levis Signature Jeans Combo on Dec 17, 2012 with order ID 300851. I received the product on Dec 25, 2012. I was shocked to see the product. The jeans looked size is printed 30,but actually its 26 or 28 and its of poor quality .It was so awful.I mailed them on dec 25, 2012 to take back the product otherwise change the jeans with the proper suitable universal size.I mailed them thrice since then. I called to the landline no. they provided in the website. But it was always busy. I demanded a refund. But those people responsible are not reacting the issue. Its not only i had this everyone who ordered this product had this problem. Kindly help me to tackle with this problem.
