[Resolved] mGinger.com / Reebok Shoes — not received my order or not refund my balance | |||
hello, i am varun patel and i personally order reebok shoes worth 1148(order no 428211) from mginger.com on around 8th April and they said that it is successful but they didn't shipped my shoes so i informed them on 22nd April and they said that""""""Dear Sir Due to overwhelming responses, we are shipping the product on a day wise priority basis. We have forwarded your request to the dispatch department and your request will be considered under high priority for an early dispatch. Once the product is dispatched, you will receive a message with the courier name and consignment number. you may track the consignment in the concerned logistics website""""""...............but i could not get any message so i mailed them on 27th April but they only say""""""""Dear Customer We have forwarded your request to our concerned department, soon we will revert you on the same."""""""""""""i mail them on same day again...but they only give same reply every time.........and they not receive even a single time my call on their customer care number()......so i scared about that. i hope you give me solution as much as possible and for that i will oblige you Was this information helpful? | |||

Shoes & watch — Not yet recieved the order
This is in regards to the order # MITBC WEB 22168682 dated 7th March'09. The payment is already made for Rs. 1700 and not yet recieved. Called in many times, operators have disconnected the calls on us by putting on long holds. We stay in Bangalore so one can imagine that we are being placed on hold on STD calls ... who is responsible for the delay and who is responsible for all these calls ... no one will be compensating all this time and money we have wasted on this ... now the reply / action i am expecting from this cpmplaint is either send the order or return the money ... Truely speaking all this seems to be FRAUD and non- trust worthy ... no customer service, false promises ... and no one knows to keep their wordReebok Shoe — ORDER NOT RECEIVED

My order ID is[protected]The amount of Rs. 1198=00 was paid through citibank card and the bank also conformed payment. But, the material was not delivered to me even after 5 weeks. The phone no 40502424 is also not responding. Please expedite the delivery of the material and reply immediately

Reebok — Not received Shoes
Hi,After reading of all other complaints I don't know I will get that material or not?
I have ordered for Reebok sports set i.e Shoes, Tracksuit, Track kit, and other accessories worth Rs.10,000 for only 3299. I have received all the materials except wallet and Shoes. That too in the wallet box only key chain was found (that too rusted one). I don't know why you people do like this?. We believed in Indiatoday and ordered for the material. Even we paid thro' credit card. But even after several queries I didn't received the material. My Order No.0GA[protected]
