mGinger.com / Digital Weighing Machine — FAULTY PRODUCT DELIVERED

My order no is 126279 "Digital Weighing Machine". It is not working since I purchased. It only shown my weight on First day and after that I switched on to check weight it did not switch on. It clearly shows FAULTY PRODUCT DELIVERED.

I sent email to mginger and I got reply on 18 Jan 2012 that very soon New Piece (Product) will be replaced for faulty one.

Since then there is no reply. I want New Machine or MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY
