Dear Sir,
As per Order No=152814 Rechargeable Fan has been delivered on 7th May-2012 in damaged condition of Fan blades. The order date is 26th April-2012 and you want to suppose to deliver the product within 7 days but order delivered after 11 days only. So for the replacement of the damaged product they want to pick up the product from their side by any courier service. Due to unsuitable courier services they have not picked up the product till now. 3 Weeks they informed to sent VPP post. But it is not free service, for this services customer also to be paid money to sent the product. So before 2 weeks back they arranged pick up by Aramex courier services but they have not picked up. Again 1 week back they arranged pick up by Bluedart courier services but they also not picked up. Till date 45 days has been completed nobody picked up the product for replacement and there is no proper response from mGinger by email and phone also.So kindly take the necessary action regarding mGinger.com for the replacement product or to refund my money to my account as soon as possible.
