mGinger — Consignment not delivered

I gave an online order for delivery of a consignment on Oct 24 2011....As per the delivery terms it was mentioned that it will be delivered to me in 4-5 Business days....After doing so much of follow-ups but still i haven't received my order..........Kindly suggest me what should i do..........

I made a huge mistake in paying advance on Mginger...I strongly suggest all of you not to consider mginger for any purchase orders...They just believe in collecting money and then forget about the delivery

Well done Mginger...Great Business Model...But not sustainable in the long run
