I am arun, mGinger Order Number: 184936 dated 12/07/2012. After 11 days from the date of payment , product not dispatched from Bangalore till date.My overnite Courier AWB No.is [protected] dtd 18/07/2012. Tracking details is not available in the overnite courier web site. I think they are cheating. Mail sent to mginger ([protected]@mginger.com and [protected]@mginger.com) several times.but no reply. I have ordered a product and got a confirmation call next day and the guy asked me to deliver product in 5-7 days...
But i could not get my product even its about two weeks.
i dropped lot of email but no reply!!! that's limit!!!
