I purchased said product from Homeshop 18, NOIDA and found blue tooth device is not working. A complaint against this has been made to the service centre of M/s. Himalayan Times Pvt.Ltd., at Nehru Place. On the advise of them I sent my representative on 10.11.2009 for the change of product. They informed that product will be delivered within a day or two with full satisfaction but the same was reached on 17th Nov.09 which was also not working.

I again made complaint to the customer executive of Homeshop 18 and they informed that I have to send the product to M/s. M/s.Himalayan Times Pvt.Ltd. A.124, Okhla phase.II(Indl.Area) Near Malwa Cotton NEW DELHI.19 . I sent the same vide TNT Courier No.DO[protected] WW dt. 21.11.2009.

Now more than a month has passed but I have not received the same. Numerous telephonic calls have been made in this regard and every time I was assured that product will reach to me very soon.

Hi,

This is Swati Janardan from Pune. I have the same experience with Mi Phone, Himalayan Times. I ordered the same handset through Homeshop18. I received the product. But unfortunately I was not able to access my BSNL Sim Card in the same. So I requested them for replacement. But it's more than 1 month I haven't got any reply from their side.
When contacted to Homeshop18, they said that they are forwarding my complaint, but nothing is happening.

I would like to hear from your side, if you can help me in this matter.

I also bought Mi-323 for 3099 INR from homeshop18 and recived it today, But found the mobile faulty. It is auto answering the call even after proper profile settings. 2GB Micro SD card(Freebies) with the product is not working. They have shown Bluetooth headset of MI in display but sent the local headset(probably Chinese made).

I have complain for the same, Lets see whether it work for me or not.
