I am sending Courires Regularly by Madhur Courier Pune. But There is Delay in Delivery in Nagpur. And Also not responding on Telephone i.e. not picking up phones.

Jiski Mujhe ek saal ki Warantee mili thi.uske purchase kerne k laggbhag 1 mahine baad se uss set me problem aane lagi uss sett me uska phone recd kerne wala green buton ko press kerte hi wo off hoker restart hota tha ye problem ko maine apne ghar k nazdikk Mobile World- Railway Road, Chotti Bazaria, Ghaziabad-201001 namek micromax service centre per[protected] ko dikhaya aur unhone mujhe mobile set thik ho jane ka vada kiya aur kha k aap ek hafte baad aajaye aapka set me software problem hai isliye ye Gurgaon Company me Jayega aur ek hafte baad tekk thik ho jayega tebb main ek hafte baad gaya tebb unhone kha k aapka mobile aanahi paya Wednesday tekk mill jayega, phir main wednesday gaya tebb unhone kha k aapka moble Friday aajayegaa, issi tarah wo mujhe roj tarkate rehte hai & main aur mere ghar se mera Chotta bhai & meri mummy sabko milaker hum kam-se-kam 15 baar unke service centre par chakkar kat chuke hai. This type of Complain i have, mera bhi mobile jab call recd. wala batan press the to restart ho jata tha. uska solution yeh hai ki aap aapne mobile ka Sim change kar lo. matlab sim one me jo sim hai use sim 2 main dal lo aur jo sim 2 main hai use sim 1 main dal lo. aur phir check karo wo aise prob. nhi karega. agar baad main aise prob. ho to dobara aisa hi karna. is company ne humare sath cheat kiya hai itna bekar mobile. jiske feature bhi aache nhi hai. isme video plyare itna kharab hai jisme video ruk-2 kar chalti hai. bilkul slow. aur bettry backup bhi aacha nhi hai ek din main hi finish ho jata hai. aur service center per bhi koi solution nhi hai.

Micromax Q3 — service center do not responds

i have purchased a micromax q3 from dibrugarh and it has got a problem from the first 15 days of its purchase when i have registered a complaint theytold me that they have ordered the required accessories but i went there 4 times till date but it is not getting repaired.i have to travel 50 kilometres to the service centre so i wasted lots of money. i m exausted plz look upon my problem

i took a micromax mobile before 5 months there are many problems like if i shake the handset it will get switchoff and speaker problems and many more problems i we give to service center they will tell their is no warranty to battery u have to replace, i ask micromax members or team that what type of warranty u will ngive, please reply soon

Above maintoned mobile handset submited on date 21/7/10 for repairing , as per service centre commited that mobile will repaire in three day, but today 23 day passed but still a reply getting from service centre wait for some day more.

I have a X500 model, my speaker phone was not working from last two month, earlier two month back it was replace by COSMOS COMMUNICATION FARIDABAD, it work for only 20 days, i gone there second time for same issue, they said they d'nt have spart parts now, they have to arrange for me. i said ok. till date i d'nt get any update from there side, every time i call them and ask "bhaiya parts aa gaya kaya" and from last two month they are saying "abhi nahi aaya hai 2-4 din lagenge" very poor service

i have given a handset of micromax for repaiaring at muzaffarpur service center on 4-8-2010.He told me that u can take it yesterday.he has given me next day but after use that handset it is not working properly.the problem is when i charging that handset the set is heated so much.i told to service center about that problem,he told me give me the set i will repaired but he is not responding.his behaviour is also not good,so plz take appropriate action.

I am using micromax Q3 hand set IMEI1 [protected].I am facing battery issue and I have been to service centre in pune.The duration for repair give is one week and already 3 times I have shown this problem to the same service centre in pune.But the kind of service given is too bad...horrible...the service engineer dont have adequate knowledge.

May I ask Micromax company if online contact form is functional. Repeated complaints sent through it though each submission is duly acknowledged with assurance of quick support, but all these are just hoax.No response of my query through e-mail and online submission through China CN Portal. This portal has provision to send query to Mr. Vikas Jain, CEO, but still company is keeping mum over my complaint. My mobile hand set model: Q5 has developed problem after it is accidentally hit. In screen a dark black patch has developed. I took the set to company's service center with advance payment of Rs.100/-. The service center retained the set for six days and returned it back without doing any repair. On inquiry I could know that the set has been returned for not depositing adequate advance. I was not told so at deposit of the set, neither I was communicated any expected cost of repair. Such behavior from a reputed company's service center is just beyond comprehension. Company's silence to resolve this problem further aggravates my disgust, hatred and helplessness, but who cares?

I have purchased Q3 model of Micromax sometime back. I regret the decision. The phone is neither connectiong to a PC nor internet despite trials by several experts including providers like Vodafone and BSNL. I have been paying bills for connectivity but I just could not do anything. The voice of the callers is not at all clear and callers think I am deaf.

I will be disposing it soon and advise other potential buyers to think several times before purchase. If you have any remedy, kindly talk to me.at [protected] or [protected] before I go for another make.

I bought a Micromax Q55 model on last July 07, 2010 and initially it had low volume problem as well as speaker phone was not working, however i was ok with that but ultimately within a month automatically went to DEAD.I submitted my mobile to service centre on 07/08/2010 for repairing and Service centre person told me that it would get it repaired soon as it was in warranty. Called them up several times but could not get repaired till date. Even had called to customer care (Delhi) again & again but they did not receive the call. It’s been more than two months already and no progress at all.

After facing this situation, it is not advisable to others to get micromax mobile.

Kindly make it fast so that being a customer we should have trust on this micromax company products. You are not supposed to hurt your customers feeling and to have unsatisfactory response. after facing this situation, it is not advisable to others to get micromax mobile.

Otherwise, we are forced to file a complaint against this issue in consumer forum.

Hi I am Akhilesh Maheshwari. I was purchased Micromax Q5 mobile on 15 November 2010. After 2-5 days its have problem with Audio jack. I can't recieved the call directly when i on the speaker on then i attend the call. I was visit the service center in Faridabad (Haryana) Near Neelam Fly over. Service center guys says its is water damage. This is my perosnal Mobile.
Mostly call are that service centre recieved on Audio Jack problem. Service Centre guys says to manny users have water problems.
But really this mobile is not water damage as per my side. Last 10 years back i am using the mobile. Service Centre guys attitute and communication is very... bad.

Micromax — VERY BAD SET AND SERVICES

I have purchased one set model X225 , IMEI NO. [protected] ON 30.3.2009 this mobile does not perform a single day and since begening have been complaing to the customer care etc but non of them solve the problem. First time i have given the set to service centre banswara person told me that it will take 0ne and more month to get its panel as it is consuming battery even without using of set. All customer care person giving false assurance and no one want to solve any problem. In my opinion this company is chitting a lot to the general public by making the set use and throw category. As i have purchased a micromax Q3+ handset on 18/10/10 from Shri krishna Communications (at vikas bajar mathura) but after a week it's track ball was not functioning properly than i contact dealer for replacement he told me to contact service center for replacement but at service center he said replacement is a very long procedure of two or three months as i was in need of mobile so i said him to repair it and he did that n gave me.
Now, it's track ball again not working properly so i contact service center for repairing but he refuges to repair it as he said during the time of first repairing he stick a slip at the back of mobile and it was not there so he refuses to repair it.but i remember very well he didn't stick any slip at the back.Now I want it to be repaired as i got warranty of 1 year during the purchasing of mobile.

I have purchase a MICROMAX Q6 mobile or Tension on 28/09/2010 from TRIPUTI MOBILES, BHILWARA. After 7-10 days various problem happened in this piece. I have many time goes at your service center but the problem cannot be solve. After I go at your dealer and it promise to change this piece from company but his dealerships cancelled and your service center also change. Then I goes at your new service center and it said this piece goes at Jaipur for repairing and it comes within 15 days. After this when i goes your service center to collect this piece but the LCD is broken and he change this but the problem is continue. I have also send a mail to you on 30/11/2010 but no response comes from you. This mobile is lying at your Jaipur service center from 01/12/2010. But it could not repair and yet not delivered to me. X265 — SOFTWARE PROBLEM

Micromax Mobile — Ignoring my complaint in service center

I bought Micromax Mobile 2 months back, and i was not able to open internet in mobile so i given my mobile in belgaum service center , they telling daily , it will be done tommorrow, and after 10 days, they telling, nothing can be done in this handset, use like this only,,,, only one service center in belgaum, karnataka,.. plz help me what can i do in this, [protected]

I purchased mobile phone model no.Q1 bearing sl no.[protected] @ Rs.1650 including mobile theft insurance through Univer Cell, Coimbatore on December 16, 2010.
The set has created a problem within a month low battery shut down and automatically switched off. I handed over the set to Univercel Mobile at Ranganathan Street, T.Nagar recently and after a weeks time, they have given me the set stating that the set has been repaired. They have not got any signature from me for the set which has been repaired by them.
I was asked to pay a sum of Rs.400/- being the charges for changing the charger pin point for which no receipt is given to me by your Service centre at Mahalingapuram. The technician has told me that a new charger will be provided to me free of cost in exchange of the old one.

I STATE THAT DUE TO POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT THIS HAS HAPPENED.

I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY EXCHANGE THE MOBILE ONE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST.

From few months my mobile suddenly switched off during calls. due to this, many times i missed my important bussiness calls.My mobile is in warranty period and so I gave my mobile for repair to its company service centre at Shalimar garden near S.M World Shahibabad, Ghaziabad(U.P). but again i have same problem persisting in my mobile with in next day from taking it off from Micromax service centre.

Micromax Mobile GC360 — Newly purchase Mobile is more than 1 month in service centre

I have purchased Micromax Mobile GC360 in the month of January 2011. i have hardly used it for 1 month it stop working. I have given it to service centre(M/s IMI Mobile care, Shop no B-100, Shanti Shopping Center, Meera Road. Dist Thane, Mah). The job id for this is 4326.


After continuous followup with this, still not receive my mobile. Then I raise a complain to main service Centre (Plot No 21/14, Block A, Nariana Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi-110028, INDIA: Ph. :[protected] and[protected]. The complain No for this is MMX-[protected]. Initially I have been told that I will get mobile after 1 week. But now they are say It will take another 2 weeks.

I am getting shocked the kind of service Macromax is providing to its customer. Don't know whether I will receive my mobile or not.

Micromax mobile handset X600 — 3 months old handset not working

I purchased a mobile hand set Micromax X600 in December 2010 which has stopped working in March 2010 then given for repair two times (last on 1st April 2011) now the service centre people are not returning the same even with out repairing.

I had bought two W900 phones of Micromax windows 6.1.

There was a problem with both of them from day one. One of the phones had a network problem i.e. no signal. The other one had a defective screen and the software would hang.

The smart thing I did was to record all the call and also make a video of my visit to the service center.

I have decided to take them to court for what they have done with me. Should it really take a company 4 months to repair a phone.

micromex — Not getting repaired mobile after 3 Months

मैंने जून २०१० में MIcromex Q7 mobile purchase किया था. 12 February 2011 को मेरा मोबाइल ख़राब हो गया था तो मैंने Andheri ( East) के सर्विस सेण्टर में रिपैर करनेको दियाथा तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा की यह मोबाइल को कंपनी में भेजना पड़ेगा और आप को देड महीने के बाद मिलेगा. पर जब मैंने देड महीने के बाद पूछा तो कहा अभीतक आया नहीं. उसके बाद जभी मैंने inquiry किया तो हर बार यही answer मिलता था. last one month से मैंने कंपनी में mail करताहू तो वहासे एक ही तरह का mail आता है हम आप से जल्द ही कांटेक्ट करेंगे. पर आज three month के बाद भी कोई भी एक्शन नहीं लिया.
आप से निवेदन है की मुझे इस पर कोई solution दे. आगे मुझे क्या करना होगा .

i too have a complaint about the service center of micromax.i gave my mobile which was used only 4 two months to check the complain on 5th of may 2011 in ramesh nagar service center which in opposite to metro ticket counter. they told me to take it after 3 days so i waited 4 it. when asked said it was not ready yet and told to wait 4 three more days. this wait is going on for one month now and now they are not picking up my call or disconnect it. this type o[censored]nreliable and useless service center should be shut down. there should be honesty in work but cheating a customer is a big issue and the main branch company should look into this kind of mater seriously. the company should also be capable to hire capable employee but not someone who needs work and cheats the customer and doing nothing.
People...never ever buy a mircromax mobile

micromax mobile handset — no satisfactory service

i purchased a micromax gc 360 mobile handset on 6/07/2011 within one week it stopped charging and switched off permanently. i visited the service centre at laxmi nagar where they changed the battery and told me that it will b fine now. but the same probelem continued . i again visited the service centre , wasted three hours and then the told me that it will take 21 days to repair it. i just completed my engineering and all interview calls come on my mobile phone . so how can i survive for 21 days and what if i skip any interview during this period .

I have taken new Micromax Q50 Two days ago. It was not charging my phone since purchase. after two days of purchase i went to service care centre . they takes my phone inside the cabin and then damage my phone by breaking the charging slot.

I have purchased micromax c350 mobile phone on 26/8/2010, after few months i am facing a problem of hanging & slow processing and as i have saved all my contacts in phone book and important data to this phone i am not i favour to submit this to any service center coz one of my friend has told me that micromax service is so poor. so i manged the new phone in as is condition, now few months back the phone get automatically switched off due which my work suffers a lot . so i decided to buy a new phone and i purchased a samsung phone and deposit that useless phone to your totally useless service centre S.K. Enterprises patel nagar in first week of June, and they committed me to get it done with in a week, but after visiting 4th time they gave my phone to me and after testing i found that phone camera is not working, when i asked them for it they are saying (sir company se theek hoke aya hai hame nahi pata) and they issued me a new job sheet and mention "bounce case" on it manually, and told me "sir we personally take care of it " and gave their personal number ie-[protected](sunny), but all are totally fake, when i call on that no. they didn't pick my phone, then after 2-3 weeks i again go to that service centre and dialed his no. on standing in front of him and i saw that his phone is having my no. and he picked his all calls except mine then i get so angry and asked him to gave my phone as is, and again he gave me next date. after 4-5 days i got my phone with totally unacceptable condition, and with in two days the screen of the phone become totally black and error message in white box appears on the screen, then i call to micromax care and asked them for solution and they have suggested me to submit my phone to vikas puri service centre and me that if i cannot receive my phone in one week then i filed a complaint to them and i submit my phone to that service centre on 2/8/2011 and till now your damm service is as usual . your company and whole staff are totally useless i did not any body to use any product of micromax in future, its my big mistake to buy this disgusting phone..and i have all the copies of job sheet and i will take you to the consumer court...

I too have a micromax q3, and E-book reader is not working. I looked up in the instruction manual, the E-book section is not listed there.
Am I doing something wrong like using a in-compatible format? or is it a model fault?

I have sent my mobile handset ( Micromax-280) to your serice station at Bhunter at Kullu (HP) in the month of Aug-2009 for repair, but the same has not been repaired till date. I have Contacted all your concerned employee for same, but all in vain.It is requsted kindly either repair the said phone or replace my handset at the earliest please. Myself SATISH from Bangalore wish to inform that :
1.I have purchased a hand set model C2i on 22nd Jan 2010 and from last one month my phone is dead - within 2 months from the date of purchase.

This phone was submitted to Micromax authorised service centre
M.S.N. Communications, Banashankari, Bangalore on 15th April 2010 for service and got the acknowledgement and from last 15th days I am unable to get a proper response from this service centre. When I call them to get update about the repair of my mobile phone they either disconnect the call or they will tell they call me back when the mobile is ready. After so many calls now they are telling that this set has been sent to head office and spares are not available at HO and they do not know when they will get back this mobile from H.O

I never expect micromax will have this type of customer service.

I paid Rs. 2400.00 for this mobile and not used the same for even three months and there is no value for our money.

I advise all not to buy this set as I heard lot of complaints about micromax mobile

I am Mathi from Chennai, I would like to share my most horrible experience with Micromax, I bought 2 Micromax mobiles Q2+ model, within 1 month it became faulty, it kept switching off and finally got dead when I approached the service center it was over crowded like a ration shop with Customers having similar problems, the service was very very poor, after a long wait from morning 10.00 am to evening 5.00 pm, they checked my mobile and asked Rs.1300/- per mobile for servicing the mobile as they said both the mobile had board problem, I got irritated and throwed my brand new mobile and walked away. Dont even buy Micromax as they are cheaper in price and no quality. Its a waste of money, time and mental harrassment.

You can see all the Micromax Service Centers over crowded, reason being their very very poor quality and service. Please for gods sake, dont buy MICROMAX Mobiles...

I went to the dealer and explained him the issue.He suggested me to visit the nearest Micromax Mobile Service Centre. I did the same. The individual working at the Service Centre said this is a normal problem for the model and it would require two months to be sorted out.Leave your phone but "I dont promise it would work in future".That's the statement the individual at the service centre based near B.R.Ambedkar Putla, Pimpri, Pune had to say.

I was paranoid and not happy with the service as whole family uses Micromax.I never faced an issue with you guys.Giving a one year warranty and if the piece is dam new not a single scratch nor any other issues apart from the network .

Please help me and sort out the issue and please provide a new x505 or atleast have a decency to repair it.I don't think there would be a resolution to my poblem.At the moment I am using it as a I-Pod.I am a disc jockey and I spin at 5 lounges on weekends in Pune and work as a Business Development Manager on weekdays.When any one asks hey dude whats dat? I have to say Micromax has provided me a New I-Pod for Rs.3500/-

Airtel has not yet launched 3G service in India. For that matter no GSM operator except BSNL/MTNL has launched the service as the spectrum sale/auction is not yet done. Only CDMA operators have 3G service. (Tata, Reliance). You will get GPRS speeds or EDGE speeds if EDGE network is available. It was good to buy a 3G data card as you can use the same card when 3G service is launched.

In Ranchi, Jharkhand Airtel Edge works fine with Micromax 300G. Download Speed is faster always goes over 10KB/s.

the downloading speed of airtel micromax is horrible in jharkhand. even browsing is not up to the mark. even it goes to 0.. its good only at 4 to 7 at night...i insist to prefer reliance in ranchi(jharkhand) rather than airtel..
