Celkon health hand sanitizer product was failed within 15days of installation and the store from which we had purchased the product was removed and there is no one else to repair the product in karimnagar, 505001.so kindly arrange a repair/service request and send a service technician to get the product repaired or else give me the location details where celkon health automatic hand sanitizer will be repaired

      I purchased celkon thunder mobile in
      15/09/2018. But mobile display was shaking. I was sent mobile service center in eluru baba cell point. D. N. 23-4-63. R. R peta... Eluru west godavari. Andhra pradesh. But replacement ok. But mobile not come i submitted my phone in service center in 10/10/2018.

      I asked service center answer was not good. Please my mobile replacement. Arrgently.

        Hii, i bought celkon 4g smart mobile for 3000 rs in poorvika. It worked good only for one week. Then it started getting switch off for the full day. I went to the customer care they said that it was a software problem and they rectified the problem. Now its again in same condition. I don want the mobile please take it back and return my money. Its really cheating becoz i didn't use the mobile rarely for one week. Please help me and sort my problem

        Sir, I had brought celkon diamond ufeel 4g on january 2017, multiples times mobile suddenly switch off and switch on then got some spark sound loundly, this sound is coming when put in total silence mode .

          Hi all,
          I'd like to share my problem from Celkon service provider and costumer service.

          I bought Celkon Smart 4G mobile on 24/11/2017 with RS.2, 849/-. It worked good for Exactly 1 month on the date 25/12/2017, I got complaint with "NO COMMAND" on display. I took it to Celkon Service provider and they said it was software problem and they rectified it and I got it from them(Celkon Service Provider).
          Again, on the next day My Phone got Hanged. Again I took it to Service center, they kept it with them for 2days and rectified problem. It worked good for 4days and suddenly Screen is getting blinked.
          Again, I took my Phone to Celkon Service Center at different places(i.e not in same Service center where I took previously). When I took to them My Phone came to normal position and working good, but I handled mobile to service center I said I'm suffering continious complaints, please cross check everything, they said okay.

          Within 3days I got my mobile back to me and worked again for 8days again I got problem with "NO COMMAND".
          Again, I took my handset to same service provider and asked them to send mobile to company any checkit once.They said okay and it may take time upto 20days and I said Okay. I handled my mobile on 27/01/2018. But Service Provider dispatched my handset to company on 03/02/2018 (they didn't intimated me they dispatched mobile on 03/02.2018). Company received handset on 05/02/2018. On 06/02/2018 I made a call to service provider. On the same day evening I got a call from Service Provider that "Sir we received mail about your handset. Your mobile is damaged with Liquid they sent estimation of RS.3140/-".
          Here I bought it for RS.2849/- on 24/11/2017 and I got this info from Service Provider with estimation mail of Rs.3140/- on 06/02/2018 .
          I spoke to Costumer Service, they said it was liquid damage It was your fault we can't do it in warranty you've to pay estimated amount if not take it return.

          What should I do know any suggestions please.

            Hi,
            I purchased celkon diamond pop, on july 2017 with imei [protected]. Getting display problem & also have camera lens problem. I gave it for repair at future technologies on[protected] and received it on[protected], worst service. Right now touched problem is resolved but "network signals aren't working properly" earlier it showed in my home but right now it is not, to do a call i have to go out. Celkon impaired my mobile. I got these problems with a new mobile. My mobile should be replace with a new mobile.

            1) Touch Problem - Submitter 29 Nov'17- Received on 25th Dec 17- almost a month.

            2) Network Problem - Submitter 27 Dec'17- Received on 11th Jan 18

            3) Wifi & Blooth Problem - Submitted on 13th Jan 18- Received not Yet

            I purchased it in July.Touch problem starts after 2 months from my purchase. I have been suffering almost for 2 Months because of your company's mobile defect.

            I don't want Celkon Diamond POP, Kindly replace my handset with a good model which runs smoothly.

            Govt. should take strict actions against companies who provide Lots of Defect Model Product.

            I want Justice. Kindly help me. I am fed up with Celkon quality services.

            Thanks a lot for your help, Yesterday I received a call from Celkon representative, He Offered that, you have to pay extra 1500 for a new Hand set. The MRP is around 6000+, I told him the Hand set you are offering me, Its value is 4899/- on Amazon & I purchased my Hand set 5 months ago for 4700/- so I will pay the difference that is 200/- . The product has problem & its the fault of Celkon not mine. So the Representative told me, He would convey the info to the concern authorities. I haven't get any update yet. If they can't replace then Return my money.

              I have boughs celkon mobile software issue only celkon is appearing on display so i visited sevice center &handour my handset on[protected]... Job sheet but evey time sevice center person told take 3 or 4 working days... But almost 25 days completed still solution not received. So i am not statisfication from service... Kindly arrange of quick solution or replacement or compancent..

              I have already reported my complaint but there is no proper response in this company I need justice. I don't want to use a default mobile. I want my money back soon. Please don't make me to wait for a long. Without mobile my job is very difficult. So do the needful as soon as possible.
              celkon service center is not response at tirupati.same problems repeated two or more times and give behavior not good at tirupati.there is no support to customer. my mobile in warranty bellow 6 months there are five times problem coming but now on words problem not rectified.. celkon dimonds u problems repeated of my phone.
              Celkon cliq bought in October 2018.after three months it dead repaired three times in January 2019.but again dead.please replace immediately.

                  I have purchased 12.7 cm (5 inch) dragontrail 4g mobile phone (Hsn code[protected] today (On 02.09.2017) vide my order no. [protected]. The above item has supplied by flash distribution pvt. Ltd, d no.8-2-120/120a/14b&14c, vasanth vihar enclave, nandi nagar, road no. 14, banajahills, hyderabad, telangana[protected] vide invoice no. Flas/17-18/37658 dated 28.08.2017.
                  The above mobile which is supplied to me is not in working condition. I am trying to open it but it is functioning. Please return the above phone and supplied me new mobile.

                        I had purchased celkon diamond u (Imei slot 1- [protected],
                        Imei slot-2 - [protected]) on 10th july'17 from retailer yashraj mobiles in kamakshipalya. It was observed within 2 days that the mobile was getting switched off and sometimes getting restarted quite frequently while speaking or using the apps. Since i was on business tour i could not report and take up the matter immediately so on 23rd july i had handed over the handset to the dealer with complaint. The dealer had sent to the celkon service center and i was told that i will receive the handset before 27th july'17. After continuous followup i finally received the mobile on 17th aug'17 as i was told that there is a problem in the card and it would be replaced. Again i was told that it has been sent to hyderabad as the problem is critical. Now when i observed the apps are getting stopped intermittently, led flash is not working, the handset is hanging, volume of the speaker is very low. There are so many issues in the handset and also in the commitment from the the representatives from celkon. I would strongly warn the consumer not to use the brand as it does not deserve to be in market with such poor quality and services.

                          I have purchased a new celkon diamond u model mobile for 5700 on 26/07/2017. From next 2 days the mobile has been started to switch off for every 1hour. Then i haven taken it to the service centre, they have done something and returned back saying that the problem has been solved its a software problem. I have taken it to the home and on the next day the mobile has switched off completely. I have taken it to same service centre again they have registered my complaint and told that it should be keep in observation for 2 days after that we can knew what the problem is, after two days i have spoke to them they answered that the mobile battery has to be replace and it will take 1week to 10 days. So, please do the needful.

                            I brought a celkon q5k transformer 1 year ago and it gave me touch trouble 8 months after the purchase, i had gone to authorized service center of celkon "sri sai ganapathi communications", i must say they are the worst piece of junk kept as authorized service man. They falsely tell you an another problem that you have your motherboard burned down and have a water damage and take your money even if it it is under warranty i strongly recommend not to buy any of the celkon mobiles available in the market as every one of celkon service centers are like that.

                              I have a Celkon A900 mobile in good condition,
                              purchased in 2012, but the battery is not working,
                              when i ask in Celkon Care-Kukkatpally-Hyderabad-India, they said the manufacturing of this model was stopped, but i need the battery because the handset is still working. most of the people are suffering with this problem only. please help us out.

                                Sir, I had brought celkon diamond u on April 2017, after one month mobile suddenly switch off in before it got some spark sound and switch off then I given it to authorized service centre they said there mother board prblm, we send it company it will come back in 10days, but it still no response what to do know. When I went to purchase mobile in mobile shop some o[censored] r company seller advise me to buy he told me the features of mobile I.purchased while I useing there is huge difference between mobile nd company seller I am totally un satisfied with preference plz provide me mobile as early as possible.

                                  Congratulations. You have won a first place among companies giving worst experience to customers.

                                  I called to your customer care 100 times.

                                  Still, my issue is not yet resolved which is pending since 10 months and basically no proper response they can able to provide to me atleast.

                                  Your bangalore service centers are not accepting my celkon mobile for service.

                                  I have two celkon q58 xplore mobile.Due to damage of battery these are useless.Kindly help me to get two batteries.I have tried my best to buy it online and visited various online shopping site.There are so much batteries were in those site except celkon q58xplore battery.

                                    I have purchased celkon 4g tab 8 last year 2016 june 6th. When purhasing on wards iam facing continuously problem that charging is not standing in that phone. Approximately 4 times and 5months at your celkon service centre at vizag daba gardens service area. Again last month i have given my tab complaint your service center. Still one month only left warranty. How would i trust your company. Your service center persons are saying that now tab is ok and again at our home complaint is repeating. We have changed the charger and they are saying that they have changed the battery. But the complaint still remains the same. I requesting you please provide one more new piece phone. Already i have lost my patience also. If you have any doubt please verify my complaints reports at your service center

                                      I boought celkon diamond q 4 g plus mobile phone before 8 months and now i have problem with the battery (Battery is bulging). I went one of the celkon servise center in bangalore on 6 th april and order the battery, but till now i have not got the battery, i went three times and called so many times, but they are not giving proper information and more over they are lying with me. After i called five times to celkon support also, they also failed to give proper information. This battery is not availble in any online websites and outside mobile shops as well, i went nearly 100 shops in s. P road in bangalore, but i could't find it

                                        I worked with celkon from jan 2014 to nov 2015. From nov 2015 to till now i have filled my pf form 3 times and submitted to celkon to process. They are not doing it and they are so careless that they loose the forms of employees. They lie the form is already submitted and when we go to pf office it will not be there in pf office. This is happening with most of the employees in celkon. No one to help us. Hr department is worst and even management doesnt care about it. Please help me on this.
