[Resolved] Microtek — Don't Work in Warranty | |
I brought a Microtek Line Interactive UPS Double Power (MDP800+) on May 20, 2009. For 10 months it worked fine and one day suddenly it shut down my PC when the power was down. It happens multiple instances. Then I called the customer care for checkup as it is under on-site warranty . I got the reply from them by checking the serial number that they told it was manufactured on August 2008 and I have purchased in May 2009 so the warranty doesn’t cover the Battery and they don’t want to replace the Battery. Even they don’t bother to come and check what was wrong in the UPS even though it is under on-site warranty. The Quality of the product is very poor. If it work works otherwise your money is a waste investment on this company products. Even if you write a mail to their head office at Delhi (Email :[protected]@microtekdirect.com , Mobile : [protected]) nobody cares you. You don’t get reply.
