We had renewewe our service contact after the purchase of the invertor.
The invertor conked off, on eday. On complaining the ticket was issued, but no commitment was given for the date and time of visit for the engineer.
Complaint date : 10th April 2008 at 9:00 AM
The engineer visisted at his leasire time, at 5:30 pm just to say that the problem is with the house wiring not with invertor. (Get the wiring checked). He also said once the same is fixed give me a call and not the company; hence left his mobile no. No document was been presented to us, for the visit.
No fault was found with the wiring; on the ciustomer care it was found the call was closed stating the fault was in the battery invertor is fine, which is not correct as the invertor was never checked.
The complaint was re-opened and the same engineer re-assigned, we are still waiting for the engineer to wake up from his dreams and come.
It is 12th April 2008, 8:30 pm. We still dont know will the problem be rectified.
Would the engineer overcharge us for the no workdone. It seems both the co and engineer are playing games with the customers. As similar complaints have been reported against the co, but it seems no action has been taken. Was this information helpful? |
