[Resolved]  Microtek Mdp - 800+ — No After Sales Support

I brought a Microtek Line Interactive UPS 2Battery DoublePower+ (MDP800+) on February 13, 2009. For 10 months, it worked fine slowly degrading performance and backup time. Then when it was time to replace the battery, I was not provided with any replacement under warranty, even when I returned the product to the dealer before expiration of warranty. I had to buy a battery myself. Even after changing the battery with a Excide battery, the UPS is not working...It is just shutting down automatically after a power cut. Mind it, its still under warranty... :(

I have checked the batteries when it was installed, the batteries were fine.. I even emailed to Microtek Direct UPS support and the head quarter, they didn't even bother to reply me once... This is simply the worst company that makes huge promises when selling their product but don't give any warranty and support. I'LL NOT BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM...
