To:- [protected]@microtekdirect.com Date: 04 June 2010 Subject: MICROTEK 600 HERITAGE+ NOT WORKING DEALER, SERVICE CENTRE OFFICIALS NOT COOPERATING Sir I had purchase Model no-HGE600AZ Sl.no- 9KUPNB494130 on 7 december2009 from dealer name S.A.ELECTRONICS , now this had become unservicable on 10JUNE i had register my complaint to service center DELHIvid. OFFLINE 000049 on 18 June 2010.Than service engineer came on 29th June 2010 and he couldn't repair it as its battery and PCB both were US. He said i will come and replace it next day but he did not turn back till today also after reminding several times. My day to day work is hampering due to non serviceability of the product. It's still in warranty period. Now,we are shifting to delhi on 24th July 2010. What shall i do further.........................? on 5th September 2008 from dealer name VARIETY INFOTECH NAUPADA THANE (w), now this had become unservicable on 17 june 2010 i had register my complaint to service center MUMBAI vid. OFFLINE 000049 on 18 June 2010.Than service engineer came on 29th June 2010 and he couldn't repair it as its battery and PCB both were US. He said i will come and replace it next day but he did not turn back till today also after reminding several times. My day to day work is hampering due to non serviceability of the product. It's still in warranty period. Now,we are shifting to Pune on 9th July 2010. What shall i do further.........................?
