HELLO SIR ... I M HAVE PURCHASED UR MICROTEK INVERTER 2.5 FROM A DEALER O[censored]RS COMPANY ( SHREECOM ENTERPRIZE, ICHALKARANJI ) DATED. ON 29.04.2008 . MY INVERTERS CARD GOT BLOW BECAUSE OF SOME REASON AND WHEN CONTACTED IT WAS SAID THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH THE CARD AND IT NEED TO BE REPLACED, AS IT WAS IN WARRENTY I GOT IT REPLACED AFTER 20 DAYS. AFTER I GOT IT REPLACED, AND WHEN LIGHTS WENT OFF, , THE INVERTER WAS SHOWING " FUSE BLOWN " SIGNAL, WHEN CONTACTED UR DEALER HE SAID THERE MUST BE SOME EARTHING PROBLEM, I GOT MY WIREMAN AND AFTER ALL THE CHECK HE SAID EVERTHING IS FINE AT OUR END IN REGARD TO EARTHING. I CONTACTED AGAIN TO UR DEALER HE SAID THERE MUST BE SOME PROBLEM WITH THE INVERTER. BUT HE DIDNT TURN UP. I CALLED UP UR ENGINNER. HE SAID CHANGE THE FUSE IT WILL BE FINE, I CHANGED THE FUSE, AND IT AGAIN GOT FUSSED AND I CALLED UP AGAIN. AFTER 4 DAYS HE CAME AND CHECKED AND SAID EVERYTHING IS FINE. EVEN TILL TODAY WHEN THE LIGHT WENT OF[censored]R INVERTER SHOWED " FUSE BLOWN SIGN " AND WHEN I CONTACTED UR DEALER HE SAID THERE IS POWER SUPPLED AFTER THE LIGHT HAS GONE, THEN ITS FINE. TODAY AFTER LIGHTS WENT OFF THERE WAS A SOUND FROM INVERTER AND INVERTER WENT OFF. UR ENGINNER CAME AND SAID ITS CARD IS GONE, AND OVER ALL IT WOULD COST 4500 RS. FOR ALL THE REPAIRS.. SO WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAME... UR DEALER IS CARELESS. I NEED TO CALL UP AROUND 15 TIMES THEN HE TURNS UP., U DONT HAVE ANY LOCAL ENGINNER O[censored]R COMPANY, HE COMES UP ONCE IN 3-4 DAY. SO NOW WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT REPAIR COST BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENCE O[censored]R DEALER AND ENGINNER. HOPE TO RECEIVE A REPLY FROM UR SIDE SOON. REGARD GAUTAM AGARWAL.
