MANAS HOSTING is indeed a big cheat. Their website is a big put on, a beautiful mask behind the worst hosting companies, one gets the feeling that they really can provide reliable services with minimal downtime, and especially when they claim to have the "award winning tech team".
Their excellent sales team convinced me that I should buy a package. After buying one, I realise how PATHETIC their services are.
My site has been down 8 times in less than 24 days.
Once it was down the whole day, and today its down for more than 6 hours.
Someone has to take care that such fradulent companies do not make money at somebody's expense.
Also, I would like to warn all others, do not choose manas hosting at any cost.

By the way, coming to the point. They'll hire you based on your experience. But they'll not provide/mention the exact salary amount. A offer letter after 7 days of work and without the details of salary.
You'll leave your reputed job by their fraud inspiration.
But after spoiling your career, they'll inform you about your salary. After knowing about the salary, really you'll be startled and consider the day as a DOOMS day.

I have taken 555 package for just to start business with them but
but they dont have proper support in programming level the submit FORMS
dont work with PHP or perl PL
their technical support is not good STUPID
before going for the package they commit for if you dont like they you can ask for REFUND but while giving the refund complaint they dont entertain
100 times calling 100 times ticketing but no use
most of the Bangalore company is like this
