most of the (good)comments came from their representative itself, shows how unprofessional they are! At least the commenter should have shown basic commonsense of putting valid good/bad comments instead of copy/paste!!!
I understand what you are saying and how it feels but the fact of the matter is as i personally have an account with manashosting, they are revising their complete set up hence most of the old customer are not ready to accept the change especially those where they have lost their payment details etc. And now when manashosting wants to verify cause they are in the process of issuing ID numbers to their customers' they would obviously need the details. As a customer i appreciate this move and I did give them the info that were sought from me. The best stuff here is there are many who don't have a problem expect the few, and only those who do not have their info with them. What better way to spoil reputation than posting stuffs about the company.
