ESI, PF, OR ANY OTHER BENIFITS

yes, this is correct statement

I have also been an employee of Mira Organics. The company has excellent R & D and their products are really good. The company culture was spoilt by the HR person called Lavanya Kumar. He spoilt the culture and there is an informal information that he stole a lot from the company and hence was sacked. I am currently working with a German MNC and thats because of the experience I got in Mira Organics.

MIRA ORGANICS AND CHEMICALS PRIVATE LIMITED is one of the phosphate fertilizer mfg company in South India. It will grow easily but impossible due to

1.worst management system (administration is worst)

2.under single person (GOPI KRISHNA as FACTORY INCHARGE) control

3.FACTORY INCHARGE fully supported to Shift Manager Mr.KUMARA KRISHNAN

4.Managing Director considers only GOPI KRISHNA statement whether it's correct or
not.



According to my opinion, Either GOPI or KUMARA KRISHNAN will suffer by some major health problem soon like CANCER or HEPATITIS or in ROAD ACCIDENT when driving two wheeler


But they can cheat/fraud/beat others e.g. employees of MIRA ORGANICS.
At the same time, they can not beat GOD...So they will punish by GOD.

If you are joining then you are wasting of your valuable time and you never succeed in your life because of my earlier experience with this particular company. Nothing to learn and your knowledge will go down slowly.

Unfortunately, I got job offer from HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED as a Officer-Material Management and currently i'm getting Rs 7, 50, 000/- as a CTC. I've worked with that Mira Organics and chemicals private limited for 03 months only.

If any one want to know more about that company, you should go and ask from lot of employees whoever working there before joining.

This is not the way to solve the problem.
Do you know one thing there is no company in this world perfect!
There is no use to create the roomers like this and in reverse it shall affect only you guys.
I will tell how it will affect,

a) If this blog is noticed by some other company then first of all your profile will not be selected, becoz they might feel you people will create like this type of roomer about new company too.

b) Secondly they might think you are unfit to face the situations.

c) Third when you decide to have change in your company you should not say negative opinion abt the previous/ present employer.
You wrote that to placed in a HP concern even 3 months worked in MIRA, you should not say negative opinion abt the previous employer. If the current employer goes through ur profile and your post in forum then, immediately u will be sacked out.

d) You one person created roomers will affect all the other employees

I think you are a sadist, because your wish is not to improve the previous employer and employees. Your target is only on the factory in charge and the shift manager.
Don’t pray the god to make an accident of them; instead pray to overcome from your depression.

“You guys did a great mistake that is you exposed to management i.e M.D that Factory in-charge and Shift Manager were perfect management staff” because,

If a worker or employee says that manager is good then management shall think He is not fit for managerial post and if they say them as worst then the management shall think they squeeze their employee to get work done.

Im working as a manager in a mechanical/ automobile industry what I did you know,
Placed a notice board in workers rest room and daily I used to tell any one of worker to write the works name in the particular day in one column and their salary/day in second column and their output of that shift and cost of their output in another column so my worker came to know how do they work. Whether they work for profit or for loss.
See then I got positive result; they felt ashamed to write negative net result (investment of the management/day vs out of per day)
In my opinion getting workers is easy than getting job.
Any one can replace your position but should not get in to trouble to get job.
Handle your requirements and situations in a positive way prove as professionals.

Managing Director is very worst person because he's not having capacity to retain good employees i.e. talent person...And he is cheating a lot i.e. via P.F., Professional Tax, L.O.P, etc... Because of

he's not deposit P.F.amount for 100 employees.The reason is no body get SLIP from PF OFFICE since last 2 years. That means he's eating (putting in his pocket) all the employees P.F.Amount after deduction from their monthly salary...

Managing Director, Factory Incharge, HR Manager, Production Manager evanum intha vazhkaiyila nalla irukka mattanga... Romba seralindhu, kastapaduvargal...
Enendral Andavan (GOD) mele irunthu monitor pannugiran...
Ingu Production Manager, HR Manager i en mention panni irukkiren endral they are irritating all the employees i.e. helper, technician, operator, supervisor... Factory is running all the 3 shifts without single benefit( i.e.no double salary, not even rest for single minute if sleeping then manager have the rights to put ABSENT, no tea, no snacks, etc...) to employees excluding Manager...
