[Resolved]  Mirik Healthfoods Pvt Ltd, 16a Atmaram House, 16th Floor, Connaught Place, New Delhi — cheating and black mailing of employees regarding deposits collection from distributors without giving salary , expenses and stocks.

dear sirs,
i joined mirik healthfoods in jan2008 and started field operations. i got offer letter as salery 20000rs. and other travelling and dearness allowances. i proposed one new party as c and f and sent initial deposit rs.2.5lks in favaour of mirik healthfoods, new delhi. they said that after starting field operations by field personnel and sales , needed 5 lks additionally in 2 istalments. but they never encouraged me to start appointing field operations and sales. they have not sent even stock to start sales personally. morever they asked another 5 lks. they have not even disburse my salery , visiting cards, promos, etc required for sales promotions and field work.
in the course of march, the party asked me deposit or stock. i sent many reminders to the co. but they never responded either in the phone or withe personal visit to my hq.
then i resigned and gave rs.2.5 lks to the depositor joined as partner in distributorship. i thought the co. spoiled my career and financial harrassment to my family. i went to fedtap for justice. then the co. poeple lodged wrongful criminal cased against us to avoid deposit amount. this has been happening for the last three years. there are 105 victim distributors are there like this.
so i request all affected and new poeple to avoid this co. to join or to distribute by investing money and time.
i request delhi police , nhrc and delhi high court to take as sumato case and give justice to the public.
